Our description
Dimos Studio is a nicely decorated accommodation and is a great example of good value for money. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Privacy is guaranteed as there is only one studio on offer.
It is located in Neos Marmaras, 900m from the city beach.
It is a studio (40m2) on the top floor where you would be the only guests. It consists of a double bed and a sofa bed for two people and there is a dining table in the studio. The kitchen is well equipped, has a small oven with two hobs, refrigerator and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
In front of the studio there is a seating area on the terrace, with chairs and a table. Pets are welcome but please note before booking.
Cleaning is done in the middle of the stay, when towels and bed linen are changed.
Private parking does not exist but according to the owner, you can park next to the accommodation because there is enough space.
If you want a decent accomodation, with good price for a quality that provides, Dimos Studio can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
