Our description

Menexe Apartments is a spacious and very nicely decorated accommodation located in a quiet location in Neos Marmaras. It is decorated with a paved and fenced common balcony with lots of flowers where there is the possibility of using a barbecue, and a special charm is provided by handmade details, so you will feel like you are in a fairy tale.

It is located about 1km from the city sandy beach, and the city center, as well as a rich tourist offer (taverns, supermarkets, bars and restaurants) are about 240m away. The beach in the Paradissos area is just under 2km away.

It offers three apartments that can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people, arranged on the ground floor and on the first floor.
All apartments (Karavi, Korali and Kelyfos) have one double bed in the bedroom (except Karavi which has a double bed with a canopy) and a sofa bed in the room with a kitchen, and an extra bed is available for guests. Apartments Karavi and Kelyfos have a large balcony with side sea view, while the Korali apartment has a smaller balcony as part of a shared balcony. At the moment Korali apartment is not available for online reservations.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, internet, mosquito nets, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen is spacious and has a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with an induction cooktop and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. The bathrooms have a shower tray with a curtain. Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and the owner has provided all the necessary cleaning products, because the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the apartment during their stay.

On the ground floor there is a shared balcony with table, chairs and barbecue. It does not have private parking, but you can find a parking space on the street in front of the accommodation.

Coming from the direction of Nikti, turn off the main road to Neos Marmaras at entrance B (there is a turn sign just before) and continue straight. At the first fork in the road, turn left and after some 200m you will see the accommodation on the right.
