Owner's description

This holiday house maisonette with 3 bedrooms is situated 40m from the sea and around 300m from the town center.

It has a maisonette-like architecture with about 75sqm over 3 floors. On the first level you will find 2 bedrooms with window/ terrace door and a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On the middle floor is the entrance opening into the spacious kitchen/ living room with equipped kitchen, fireplace, balcony with sea view and second toilet. The top floor provides the third bedroom with air-conditioning.

The house has a small garden with terrace and BBQ, an own oil heating and it is a NO-SMOKING house, but open-air-smokers are of course welcome.

Replacement of sheets and towels is organized after 5 days of stay.

Mi smo vrlo zadovoljni i lokacijom i smestajem. Sve je verno opisano na sajtu,oprema je bolja nego sto smo ocekivali,usluga promene posteljine i peskira odlicna. Apartman je savrseno organizovan za smestaj dve porodice od ukupno sest do sedam clanova,tri spavace sobe i dnevna. Poseduje vise terasa,pogled, dvoriste,rostilj,kraj je miran,uglavnom Grci u svojim apartmanima. Nama je bilo divno letovanje,a tome su pored prelepih plaza Sitonije doprineo i odlican smestaj (dva frizidera,celokupna oprema za kuhinju,klime,ventilatori,kuhinjski uredjaji,velika rerna...)..savrseno Takodje je saradnja sa Nikanom bila bez ikakvih problema.....kao po obicaju odlicna
