If you're looking for a modern and well-maintained accommodation in a quiet place, at walking distance from the beach and all amenities in Nikiti, Amaryllis Complex can be a great choice for you. They offer comfortable, clean and air-conditioned quadruple apartments with a private terrace, shower cabin and parking.
It is located 190m from the the city beach, 490m from the grocery store and the bakery Zorbas and 650m from the supermarket Masoutis (below the main road).
Amaryllis Complex is a new accommodation built in 2017 and it consists of 12 beautifully and modernly decorated quadruple apartments, without sea view. They are located on the high ground floor and on the first floor.
All apartments are identical (30m2) and they have a kitchen with hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment and necessary dishes, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower cabin, mosquito nets and a private terrace. At the entrance to the apartments, there's a dining room with a kitchen, TV, air conditioning and wardrobe and a double sofa bed. Next to the dining room, there's a bedroom (separated by the door) with one double bed. Baby cot is available on request and included in the price, and it can be added only in the dining room. Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every third day.
Private parking is available (for each apartment there's one parking place) as well as the elevator. The accommodation does not have a yard.
The accommodation is very easy to find. Driving on the main road, after the traffic light in Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on the right side. At the church, take right into Neakitou street and drive towards the beach. After you get to the road along the beach, turn left and drive ahead for 800m, turn left and drive for another 190m, then turn right and 100m later you'll arrive in front of Amaryllis Complex.

It is a new modern facility that is located in a beautiful area of Sithonia with its long sandy beach at a distance of only 85km from the airport of Thessaloniki.
The newly built Amaryllis complex is situated on the beach of Nikiti in a quiet neighbourhood and at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea. It's in an ideal location, a short walking distance from the sea and in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood that offers peace and tranquillity. The cosmopolitan beach of Nikiti with its cafes, taverns, and restaurants is at a walking distance of only five minutes. Markets and supermarkets (like Masoutis, AB, LIDL, etc.) are also located nearby.
The complex Amaryllis offers 12 two-bedroom apartments that consist of a bedroom, a living room, and a veranda. They each accommodate 2-4 people whilst also providing all of the amenities that are needed by a family or friends. The spacious balconies, the openness, and the garden offer a perfect place for those that wish to find a place of relaxation.
The Amaryllis complex is a particularly friendly place for families with children, people in wheelchairs or people with mobility difficulties, as it also offers a lift that has access to all areas. The complex has private parking for all apartments. Amaryllis is a family-run business with an emphasis on providing a service that will offer you an unforgettable holiday.

Discount
For reservations for period from 15.05.2024 to 15.06.2024, discount of 20 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan smeštaj za 2 odrasle osobe, jedno dete od 2 godine i bebu od 8 meseci? Fleksibilni smo sa datumom, ostali bi 10 do 15 dana, jul ili avgust mesec, samo da je od 9. u mesecu. Neophodni su nam kuhinjica i parking, i zgodan prilaz zbog decjih kolica. Hvala na odgovoru.
