Our description
Douka Anna is an accommodation located close to the beach in Nikiti, and near to all amenities of this lovely family resort. Very kind owners, private parking, comfortable accommodation units, and great location are just some of the advantages of this accommodation.
The city beach is only 140m away, bakery and grocery store about 270m away, and supermarket Happy about 160m away. Right across the street, there is a pastry shop Ksilaki, with phenomenal ice-cream, which we highly recommend.
There are four accommodation units for rent, and they are all located on the high ground floor/first floor.
In double studio there is one standard single bed and one single bed slightly wider than the standard one.
In quadruple studio there are two single beds wider than standard ones, and two standard single beds. The kitchen is separated.
In the apartment with two separate bedrooms there is one standard single bed and one double bed narrower than the standard one in each room.
In quintuple apartment there is one double bed in a separate bedroom, and three single beds in another room.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, with mosquito nets, WiFi internet access, TV, private balconies with awnings and outdoor sitting sets. The kitchens are equipped with mini-oven with hotplates, a fridge with freezer compartment and all necessary dishes and utensils. Towels are replaced after three nights and bed linen after five nights. There is a possibility of using the washing machine on request, without charge.
The yard is fenced, with toys for children and outdoor sitting sets. Right next to it there is a private parking space.
The easiest way to get to the accommodation is to turn right in Nikiti from the main road when you see the church on your right and continue forward about 640m till grocery store and bakery Zorbas on the right corner. Then turn right and at about 270m you will find this accommodation.

Douka Anna Studios is the accommodation located at one of the most beautiful areas of Greece, Sithonia peninsula, known as the middle peninsula (out of three ones), where the green pine trees and the deep blue of the sea harmoniously coexist, enchanting visitors while inviting them to explore the extraordinary beauty of the landscapes, the picturesque harbors, the stunning golden beaches and the traditional villages.
The accommodation is in the center of Nikiti, at 50m from the beach. The grassy garden with trees is ideal for relaxation and for children to play.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Treba nam smestaj sa 5 kreveta, dve odrasle osobe i troje dece 3, 9, 10g.. Na rezervaciji pokazuje studio sa 4 kreveta. Period boravka 31.7 do 13 . 8. Datum može da se pomeri 3 dana pre ili posle. Da li ima slobodan apartman ili u studio da se ubaci još jedan krevet?

Douka Anna ima savršenu lokaciju, jako blizu vode i svega potrebnog. Apartman je bio mali, iako četvorokrevetni, a nas je bilo dvoje. Nema puno prostora. Takođe je kupatilo malecko. Ana je preeeljubazna, sve je maksimalno čisto. Peškiri i posteljina se menjaju kako je opisano.

Boravili smo 10 dana u dvosobnom apartmanu. sasvim dovoljno prostora za petočlanu porodicu. Kuhinja nesto manja, ali dobro opremljena. Lokacija fantasticna. Tacno150 koraka od plaže. Gazdarica divna, uvek na raspolaganju. Problem sa vodokotlićem rešen za sat vremena. Iskrena preporuka.
