Our description

Molino Apartment is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, tucked away in a yard full of greenery, and as such it can be an excellent choice for families with children who love peace.

It is about 300m away from the beach and the promenade.

It offers two apartments located on the ground floor. One six-bed (57m2) with one double bed and two single beds with pull-out beds and one four-bed (45m2) with one double bed and one single with a pull-out bed. The kitchens are equipped with large refrigerators, a kettle, a coffee machine and a hob with two hotplates, in the bathrooms there is a shower cabin, and guests also have a hair dryer at their disposal.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have TV and internet.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while guests maintain the hygiene of the apartments themselves.

There is a guaranteed parking space in the yard for all guests of the accommodation, and there is also a common barbecue available.

Molino apartments is located in the beautiful peninsula of Sithonia, Chalkidiki, in the village of Nikiti.
The peaceful environment of an lash olive grove will help you relax and leave your routine behind.

Molino apartments consists of two fully equipped apartments ready to meet all your needs. The apartments are located on the ground floor.

First apartment (45 m2) consists of a large bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a living room with a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need that allows you to prepare your meals.

The second apartment (57 m2) can accommodate up to 6 people, as there are 2 sofas in the living room.

The large balconies provide direct access to the garden and you have the opportunity to enjoy food, coffee and pizza in a peaceful atmosphere overlooking the olive grove.

You also have a barbecue in the garden, so you can prepare delicious meals for your family or friends.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
