Our description
La Mare Marina Villa is located on the seafront by the port, outside the crowds in a quiet part of Nikiti. It is a luxurious accommodation, which offers guests a peaceful and pleasant vacation.
It is about 300m away from the city beach and the main promenade.
There is one three-bed studio No. 1 (24m2) with a view of the yard, which has one double bed and one sofa, two double-bed studios No. 5 and 6 (18m2) with a view of the yard, each with a double bed and a small sofa. Then, two two-bed studios No. 2 and 3 (18m2) with a view of the sea, each with one double bed and one four-bed suite No. 4 with a view of the sea, which has a double bed in the bedroom, and in the room with a kitchen and a dining room, there is a sofa bed. The suite has a large, covered balcony with deckchairs.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, internet and mosquito nets. The suite has two TV sets and two air conditioners. The kitchens are equipped with the necessary utensils, they have a stove with two hotplates, a coffee machine and small refrigerators. In the bathrooms, there is an enclosed shower area with a curtain, and a hair dryer is also available to the guests. If necessary, the owner can add a baby cot. In agreement with the owner, pets can also stay in the accommodation.
Towels are changed every three days, while changing of bed linen and cleaning of the accommodation units are done every five days.
In the yard there is a barbecue and a common seating area. The owner offers her guests bicycles that they can use for free during their stay. There is no private parking, but you can park your car in front of and near the accommodation.
The easiest way to get to the facility is if you turn right at the traffic lights from the main highway in Nikiti and continue straight towards the sea until the very end of the street, then turn right again and after about 300m the road will lead you to the accommodation on the right.
If you are looking for nice and tidy accommodation, in a quiet location, villa La Mare Marina can be an excellent choice for you.

Lamare is a family-run business offering rooms and studios in Nikiti, Halkidiki, 150 meters from the beach and some of them near the port where you can enjoy the sunset near Olympus.
La mare offers you the opportunity to visit Nikiti, a small town located in Sithonia, Halkidiki, at a distance of 89 km from Thessaloniki airport. On the beach you will find fish taverns, restaurants with traditional dishes, souvenir shops and beach bars.

- 1st floor studio, with sea view, which can accommodate up to 2 people. The room has a double bed, kitchen, toilet and a balcony.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
