Our description

If you are looking for an accommodation with spacious apartments, not far from the most beautiful beaches of Sithonia - Karidi, Trani Ammouda, Lagonisi, Lin Mar Apartments, located on the main road in Ormos Panagias, is a good starting point for visiting them.

From Talgo beach it is 900m far, from Lagonisi 1km and from Trani Ammouda 2km. First market is at 600m, while the taverns are in Ormos Panagias, 1km far.

House is consisted of two apartments and one studio (maisonette).

Bigger apartment (85m2) has four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, third bedroom has a double and two single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double and a single bed. Apartment is located on the high ground floor looking from the front side of the house ot on the ground floor looking from the back side. Big kitchen with table and chairs is on the balcony on the back side and it is covered. There is one toilet and one bathroom. In bathroom is an edged showering space, with curtain, but there is also an external shower. Apartment has two air conditioning and two barbecues.

Second apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, while in the room with kitchen there are two sofas, from which ones only one can be folded. It is located on the first floor and it has equipped kitchen and an edged showering space in the bathroom.

House also offers one quintuple studio (maisonette) on the ground floor. On the gallery are a double and a single bed, while downstairs, in the room with kitchen, are two sofas. Studio has an eqipped kitchen, while in the bathroom is an edged showering space.

All accommodation units have TV, air conditioning (apartment have two), WiFi, mosquito nets, hair dryer, equipped kitchen with stove and big fridge with freezer compartment.

Courtyard is small, but nicely decorated, with barbecue and covered parking for all guests. If necessary, the owners can provide a baby cot. Small pets are allowed upon request. Bed linen and towels for the replacement are given after four or five nights.

In order to reach the house take the main road from Nikiti. When you pass the sign for Ormos Panagias and for Lagonisi beach, after around 300m you will see two houses on the right. One of them is Lin Mar Apartments.

Owners description

Zamanis House is located in the area of ​​Ormos Panagias, on the main road to Vourvourou. It's 600m from the bay and very close to Loutra, Lagonisi and Trani Ammouda beach.

Apartment with four bedrooms accommodates up to 10 persons. Two bedrooms have one double bed each and two have one double and a single bed each. It has two bathrooms and an outside shower with hot water, a very large kitchen, barbeque and spacious terrace and veranda.

The first-floor apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed each, a kitchen with a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, bathroom and a large veranda in the back. It can accommodate to 6-7 persons.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
