Accommodation is situated in a quiet environment in Ormos Panagias, close to the beautiful Livrohio beach (Trani Ammouda). It is a great choice for families with kids, because of fenced yard and for all those who want quite holiday, away from all the noise.
Ormos Apartments is at about 850m from the beach, about 900m from the center of Ormos Panagias, where you can find taverns and mini market.
The villa was last renovated in 2010 and offers four accommodation units surrounded by a green courtyard.
The accommodation has two studios and two apartments with terraces overlooking front of the yard.
Studio A1 (45m2, including the balcony) is located on the ground floor and has one double and a single bed the same room. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a bathtub, while the kitchen is partially separated, as it’s located at the entrance.
Studio B1 (45m2, including the balcony) is located on the first floor. It has a kitchen and a sofa that folds out into extended single bed in one room, while in the other (not separated by a door) there’s one double and a single bed, as well as exit to the balcony. The studio is air-conditioned and has a bathtub in the bathroom.
Apartment A2 is located on the ground floor and its maximum capacity is six people. It has a double and a single bed in the bedroom, as well as two single beds, an armchair that folds out into a single bed and a fully equipped kitchen in the living room. There’s a bath in the bathroom, and a shower without edged space in the toilet.
Apartment B2 (70m2) can also accommodate up to six people. There’s a sofa bed that folds out into expanded single bed in the living room, and the other two rooms separated by the doors have one double bed as well as two single beds and an armchair that folds out into a single bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and a large corner terrace, the most beautiful of all. The only drawback of this apartment is a small bathroom without enclosed shower, but guests are happy to choose it for its position in the building.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, the studios have one, while the apartments have two air conditioners. Guests have at their disposal a hairdryer, large cabinets, internet and a kitchen equipped with electric kettle, aspirator, large fridge, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. Accommodation units on the floor have a partial view of the sea, seen over the tree trunks in the distance. Cleaning is done only before the guests enter, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done after five days.
This accommodation provides a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and in the courtyard guests can use several tables with chairs, sunbeds, open-air kitchen, barbecue, shower with a water heater, small playground for children and a garden with vegetables. Parking isn’t covered, but guests can leave their car either in the yard or in front of the house on a field that belongs to the same owner.
You will arrive to the accommodation by driving from the direction of Nikiti, if you turn left to the first entrance in Ormos Panagias (the street that goes to Trani Ammouda beach, not to the port), you will drive 300m and then you will turn left in the street after the Olympia accommodation.
After 450m you will see the accommodation on the left side.
Ormos Apartments is an ideal accommodation for families eager to have a privacy and peace without much events. Since there’s not much accommodation units, there are never a lot of people here, so this is an advantage over accommodations with multiple accommodation units and frequent shifts. It’s recommended to families arriving on a vacation by car, that quickly takes them to a sandy beach with a shoal, ideal for children. Ormos Apartments is a modest accommodation for guests whose priority is not luxury, but a desire to feel the atmosphere of a family house in Greece.

Villa Ormos Apartments lies on the east side of Sithonia, in a quiet and friendly environment overlooking the bay and the Holy Mount Athos, just five minutes from the Livrochio beach (Trani Ammouda), one of the most beautiful and longest beaches of Halkidiki.
At a distance of 600m, is the village Ormos Panagias, offering a variety of supermarkets, restaurants by the sea, café bars, pizzerias, shops etc. From the picturesque port depart daily cruises to Mount Athos. Just 3km away is the village Agios Nikolaos, where you can find a Health Centre, pharmacies, ATM and a police station. Also, in the surrounding area there are many organized beaches with Blue Flag award and beach bars.
The villa’s apartments can accommodate 2-4 people (one bedroom) and 4-6 people (two bedrooms). All the apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen with mini stove with oven and large refrigerator with freezer, WC with bathroom, hair dryer, TV, air condition and private balcony. The building is surrounded by a beautiful and green garden with a barbecue, where you can organize your own musical night. Furthermore, we provide free WiFi access to internet and private parking places. The apartments are ideal for couples, families or large groups.
The beach is 400 meters (6-minute walk) and the closest supermarket is 100 meters away from our villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
