Theoxenia Apartments is the accommodation near Ormos Panagias and the famous sandy Lagonisi beach (at about 500m). In a very quiet location, in the first row to the sea and a fantastic view of the sea from some apartments, this accommodation can be a great choice for those who’d like to spend a peaceful holiday away from all events.
You can reach the nearest beach, narrow and rocky, directly from the yard. The closest store, taverns and restaurants are about 2km away.

One quadruple apartment on the ground floor has two single beds in the bedroom and one single bed with a drawer bed in a room with a kitchen. Two quadruple apartments on the ground floor have one double bed in a bedroom and one single bed with a drawer bed in a room with a kitchen.
There are three triple and two quadruple apartments on the first floor. The triple apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the room with a kitchen. Quadruple apartments have one double bed in the bedroom, and one single bed with a drawer bed i.e. one double bed in a room with a kitchen.
On the second floor, there are two double apartments with one double bed and one double apartment with two single beds.
All apartments have internet, TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (with small or large fridge) with hot plate and microwave, bathroom with shower tub and curtain, as well as a terrace with tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are replaced after 2-3 days.
The courtyard is cascade shape, spacious and nicely arranged, with covered parking. There is also a covered shared kitchen, barbecue, sitting area, and a mini bar with a beautiful swimming pool with free deck chairs and umbrellas.
Driving on the main road from Ormos Panagias towards Vourvourou, turn when you see the sign for Lagonisi beach and follow the signs for Theoxenia Apartments until you reach the accommodation. The approach is uphill and quite bad due to the road width.

Our accommodation is located in one of the most impressive landscapes of Greece, with panoramic views of Atos and a number of islands in Vourvourou and Ormos Panagias. Do not miss the boat trip to Slideshow where you can see the crystal clear waters of Halkidiki and discover isolated beaches and small islands.
You should visit the village of Nikita, with many restaurants and bars and Ormos Panagias, the port where cruises to Mount Athos start. Agios Nikolaos is a small village with no access to the sea with the traditional houses of the 19th century. You should also visit the church of Agios Georgios and Agia Paraskevi. The region is known for its wine production, brandy, honey and olive oil.
Just 50m from the Theoxenia lies the famous beach of Lagonisi with turquoise waters. There are also beaches of Dimitrakia, Fteroti, Karud. In the south of the peninsula lies beaches of Kalamitsi, Platanitsi, Armenistis – with white sand and crystal blue waters. On the western side of Sithonia are beaches of Agiou John and Koviou and the famous beach of Kalogria with water sports.
The apartments are completely renovated in 2015.
Theoxenia is located in Lagonisi in Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia of Halkidiki. It is built in one of the most impressive sceneries in Greece, with a panoramic view to Mount Athos and to the numerous isles of the area. Endless creeks, quiet seas with magnificent colours (ideal for sea sports) and the green shades of pines touching the sea are the key characteristics of the area.
Our nine apartments (30-42m2), have one bedroom and a sitting room-kitchen with one or two beds, large terraces with a thrilling view to the sea, a fantastic garden with more than 50 plant species, and a large swimming pool (16x8m) as well as a children’s pool (4x5m).
From the lodging, the sea is accessible via a stairway ending at a wooden deck, available for swimming and for hulling of small vessels. The nearest large sandy beach is only 500m away and the nearest village for anything you need (bakery, supermarket, cafés, taverns, etc) is 2km away. The small number of apartments combined with the location of the lodging and the service and care we provide will ensure you to have wonderful holidays.

Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.
