Our description

Anna House in Paradissos beach near Neos Marmaras offers all the comfort and intimacy of a family house in a quiet location, close to shops and supermarket. In front of the building is a beautifully decorated, fenced yard with two summer houses, barbecue and toys for children. Kind owners are always at the service of the guests.

The accommodation is located at Paradisos beach, in the area of Neos Marmaras, about 400 meters from the promenade and from the beach. The bakery is about 160m away from the accommodation (when entering Neos Marmaras), the market Smile is only 100m away from the accommodation, and the supermarket Marinopoulos is about 300m.

The house was built in 2011 and it has two small and one large maisonette.

On the upper level of the small maisonette (35m2), in the living room with the kitchen, there are two sofas, a table with three chairs, a kitchen with a large fridge with freezer and a stove. On the lower level, there’s a bedroom with a double bed (with direct exit to the yard) separated by a sliding door from the bathroom with a shower. From this room, you can come directly to the garden.

Large maisonette (80m2) is suitable for two pairs or family with grown-up children. It consists of a kitchen connected by the inside staircase with the living room, which leads to a room with two single beds. On the lower level, there is another room with a double bed and exit to the terrace, a bathroom with a semicircular bathtub and curtain. The living room is modern, with a lovely corner sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has a large fridge with freezer, stove and all the necessary elements. This maisonette is not available for online reservations this season.

All maisonettes have mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning and internet access. Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is done after three nights. Guests can use a baby cot, a hairdryer is available upon request. Air conditioners are on the upper levels.

Private parking is not available, but there is enough space to park in front of the house since it’s not located in the crowdy part of Paradissos.

If you’re searching for accommodation for a family holiday in a modern setting, in a quiet and safe location near the beach, Anna House could be the right choice for you.

You can get to the accommodation very easily: following the Nikitas-Sarti main road, when you reach the area Paradisos beach, turn right at the Dimitris tavern and take it straight for about 300m until you notice on the left side of the hotel Pefko. Turn again right here, go 60m to the first turn, then turn left. After about 130m, turn left and go 130m. You will see Anna House in front of you.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

It is important to as that we have Wi-Fi, and that apartment is not on ground level and that apartment has 4 seperate beds.
