Our description
Katerina's Apartments is an accommodation near Paradissos beach in Neos Marmaras. It offers the comfort and convenience of a family space, and vicinity of the beach, quiet location, kindness of the owners, and air-conditioned accommodation units with wireless internet are just some of its benefits.
The beach is at about 170m, while the Dimitris tavern and Lidl supermarket are about 160m away.
In the offer are studios for 2-4 people on the ground floor and duplex apartments for 6-7 people on the first floor.
The studios have one double and a single bed, mosquito nets, air conditioning, kitchenette with fridge, hotplates and necessary dishes, TV, internet and shower with a curtain in the bathroom. The ground floor studios have transient porches with outdoor seating sets. In all studios (except in one that is slightly smaller) can be added an extra bed.
Duplex apartments have two air-conditioned bedrooms with one double bed and access to the terrace, i.e. one double and a single bed, TV and access to the terrace. The living room with a kitchen is fitted with a sofa bed, armchair, TV, large dining table, mini-stove and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The apartments also have two bathrooms, with bathtub and curtain, i.e. shower without shower tray.
The yard is not fenced, with greenery and portable grill. Usually, there's a place to park in front of the accommodation.
Turn right from the Nikiti – Sarti road, drive for 130m towards the beach (up to Lamprinos Studios), then turn left. After 200m take a right, then after 40m take a left and 50m later you'll be in front of Katerina's Apartments.

Katerina's Apartments is the accommodation in the area of Paradissos, just 500m from the beautiful cosmopolitan town of Neos Marmaras and just 100m from the long and sandy Paradisos beach with the calm water, where you can swim or enjoy your lunch or dinner next to the waves. Our accommodation consists of spacious apartments and studios that can accommodate 2-7 persons. They have a kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make your breakfast or a light meal, fridge, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, SAT TV and a spacious veranda.
All the apartments have been designed with great love to the smallest detail and they offer a warm atmosphere and warmth.
The tranquil location and the family style of the accommodation combined with the green of the area and the blue water of the sea, create a suitable ambience for families and couples looking for tranquillity and relaxation during a holiday in a friendly environment.
Within a short walking distance, you will find a supermarket, bakery, fish tavern, taverns and pizzeria for the immediate service of every kind of your daily needs without hassle.

There are two types of accommodation units. Four studios can easily accommodate up to four people. There are one double and a single bed with the option of adding one auxiliary bed. The duplex apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. It can accommodate 6-7 people and is the best selection for families or groups of friends.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Apartmani smešteni na mirnoj lokaciji. Veoma pogodni za porodice sa malom decom. Sve je uredno i čisto. Peškiri i čišćenje se rade na svaka tri do četri dana. Vlasnici veoma ljubazni. Jedini nedostatak je privatni parking. Mora da se parkira pored puta. Ali uspeli smo da nadmeno mesto svaki put.

Postovani zanima me cena ovog smestaja za dvoje odraslih i jedno dete od 3 godina. Period od 26.-28. avgusta pa narednih 9 ili 10 noci.
