Our description
** Sunny Side Villa belongs to a beautiful accommodation complex located near the sandy beach in Psakoudia. The property is in an excellent condition, very comfortable and well-equipped. It is a maisonette with a separate entrance and its own garden, which gives to the guests a certain sense of privacy. **
The accommodation is located about 200m away from the sandy beach, about 0.5km from the city center with taverns and shops, and about 1km from the supermarket Masoutis.
Villa Sunny Side can accommodate up to eight adults (about 90m2). It is the second maisonette on the left side of the complex. It consists of a living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, necessary dishes and utensils), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bathrooms have shower trays with curtains, hair dryer, toilet accessories, bathrobes, and washing machine.
The maisonette is air conditioned, it has TVs, WiFi internet, shutters, mosquito nets and a safe deposit box. There are two balconies equipped with sitting sets - one overlooking the front yard and one overlooking the sea at the back. Also, there is a veranda in front of the entrance, laundry drying racks, and a sitting set on the lawn in the landscaped yard.
An outdoor shower, tap and built-in barbecue are available.
The accommodation complex does not have a private parking, but there is plenty of free space in front of it for all guests.
The best way to come is to turn right into unpaved road from the main street in Psakoudia after passing the city center and the Cronwell Resort, and continue forward for another 400m.
Sunny Side Villa might be a good choice for larger groups of friends or big families who are searching for some quality accommodation in a comfortable and peaceful ambience near the beach.

Sunny Side Villa (90m2) is the accommodation close to the beach in Psakoudia, 1km from the city center.
This air-conditioned villa consists of two terraces (with front yard and sea view), three bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, kettle, stove with oven, toaster and glassware) and two bathrooms with a hairdryer, washing machine, free toiletries and dressing gowns. Amenities include safe box, WiFi internet and a TV.
Sani Beach is at 22km, Ouranoupolis is at 41km and the nearest airport is in Thessaloniki 53km away from the villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
