Our description

Stavros Rooms and Apartments is an accommodation located in the first row to the sea in the new part of Sarti, so it has a wonderful sea view. Its location is ideal because it's near to everything, yet peaceful.

The beach is right in front of accommodation, they are separated only by the street. The center of Sarti is at about 400m, while the nearest store is at 100m.

The accommodation consists of double, triple and quadruple studios (25m2), as well as quadruple apartments (45m2). Double studios have one double bed, the triple have one double and a single bed, while quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds. The quadruple apartments have two double beds, one in the bedroom and the other in the room with a kitchen. Two quadruple and two triple studios are located in the basement and have a table with chairs in front of the entrance. Two quadruple apartments and two quadruple studios are set on the first floor, while one triple studio, two quadruple studios and one quadruple apartment are on the second floor. These accommodation units have a terrace.

Studios and apartments have internet, air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen. Some kitchens have a mini-oven with hotplates, and some have only hotplates. Pets are welcome upon request.

The house has no courtyard nor private parking, but you can park in front of the accommodation.

The easiest way to reach the accommodation is to turn towards Sarti at the football field, continue ahead until you reach the sea and then turn left. After 300m you will see the house on the left.

Stavros Rooms and Apartments is an excellent choice for those who'd like to spend the vacation in a quiet part of town, yet close to the center and in the first row to the sea.

Stavros Rooms and Apartments is located on the beach in a peaceful part of Sarti. Studios and apartments are equipped in a modern way and they can accommodate 2-4 persons in studios, whereas apartments are suitable for families with 4-5 members.

You are only a few steps away from a beautiful and Blue Flag awarded sandy beach in Sarti.

The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, electric kettle, bathroom, terrace overlooking the sea, WiFi internet and a TV.

All studios have two single or one double bed (if necessary, an extra bed can be added), a kitchenette with a fridge, mini-stove with oven, cutlery and cooking utensils, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea.

The apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with two single beds and an additional bed. Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen according to the number of people as well as a terrace overlooking the sea.

Stavros House is a complex of fully equipped studios and apartments located in one of the best locations in beautiful Sarti, next to the sandy beach. Each Studio and Apartment is spacious and includes all the modern facilities and a great view. In the House we offer studios for two, three or four people and our apartments are suitable for big families of four or five persons. Pets are allowed upon request.

The rooms at House Stavros are tastefully designed so you will feel at home. They are equipped with a full kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, WC with shower, large sea view balcony, WiFi internet and a TV. The hotel is directly on the first line by the beach with nothing to spoil the view.

Studios for 2-4 persons consist of one double bed, two single beds or a military bed, kitchenette corner, WC and balcony with the sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with all basic facilities such as a fridge, mini-stove with oven, casserole, frying pan, plates and glasses according to the number of beds. In the bathroom, you can find a shower, WC and washbasin. All studios have a TV and A/C.

Apartment for 4-5 persons has a balcony, a bedroom with one double bed and another room with two single beds and a military bed. Moreover, there are simply furnished kitchenette with fridge, mini-stove with oven, pots for cooking and all necessary accessories according to the number of beds and a WC with a bathtub.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days. There are no parasols and deck chairs on the beach in front of accommodation, but the nearest beach bar is 100m away.
