If you want to spend your vacation in a peaceful surroundings, close to the beach, close to Sarti, then Athina Dimitris Sofia Apartments can be a right choice for you. Tucked in the spacious yard, far from the noise, it is a real oasis of peace which can provide you a truly enjoyment.

Athina Dimitris Sofia Apartments is 100m away from the beautiful sandy beach Platania next to Sarti. Center of Sarti, with taverns, markets and bakeries is around 2,5km away.

The accommodation is consisted of two buildings in a very spacious yard.

In the first building there are two quadruple studios (25-30m2) which have separated bedroom with one double bed and two single beds. Kitchen is separated from bedroom and it is completely equipped with necessary utensils. In the kitchen there is a dining table. Both have a nice balcony with garden view and both are located on the high ground floor.

Second building is little bit above and it is consisted of four triple studios (20-25m2) on the ground floor, each with a double and a single bed. Kitchens are equipped and completely renovated, while the bathrroms are older. In these studios can be added an extra bed, but in that case the space is getting smaller. Each studio has a nice balcony with table and chairs.

Units in both buildings have TV, bathroom, balcony and equipped kitchen (hotplates, small fridge), as well as mosquito nets on windows. They don't have an air conditioner, because the owners think that it is not necessary since all of them are on the ground floor, so they are fresh.

Beside the two buildings, in the yard there is one camp trailer for six persons. It has a double bed and four bunk beds. Ofcourse, the space in it is small, but in front there is a spacious covered balcony with big table and kitchen which is eqipped the same as the kitchen in studios. Bathroom is outside, in separated space which belongs only to the guests of camp trailer. Camp trailer has an air conditioner and its usage is charged extra.

Accommodation is very clean and neat, even if it is older. Guests are entering in the clean accommodation and after 3-4 days they get clean towels and bed linen, while the replacement of them and cleaning are done by guests. The owners are not entering in studios nor camp trailer during the guests' stay.

Complex is fenced and safe, and the yard is spacious, with sitting sets and enough parking places in shadow. In the yard, on guests' disposal there are two barbecues, one kitchen and a built-in oven, Wi-Fi, two showers and few sunbeds, while the small part of the yard in shadow is adapted for children and it has many toys.

Platania beach is sandy, with gradual depth. Partially is arranged, but the big part of it is on the disposal to the visitors with their own equipment. The advantage of this beach is that is never crowded. The center of Sarti is 2,5km far, so it is quite close for night walks. Famous beaches like Orange and Mega Portokali (7km), as well as Klimataria, Tigania, Valti, Agridia, Turkolimnionas and many others are close to it.

If you are coming from the North, using the main road Sarti-Sykia, after exiting Sarti, turn left on the dirt path which leads to beach Platania. Drive straight around 200m and you will see the accommodation on the right.

This accommodation could be a good choice for undemanding guests to whom is important to stay close to the beach and who want to spend their vacation on the peaceful place.

Owners description

Athina Dimitris Sofia Apartments is the accommodation located on Platania beach, just outside Sarti in Halkidiki. The bungalows are surrounded by a garden, with a view of the beautiful beach just 150 meters away. Enjoy your morning coffee at the gazebo and see the sun rising over Mount Athos.

The accommodation offers six units for 2-5 people. The smaller apartments have one double and a single bed, while the large apartments have one double and two single beds (with the possibility to insert an additional bed). All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a WC with shower, TV, heating, WiFi internet and veranda with a view of Athos and the beach. There's an outdoor kitchen with a grill for the guests can use and a playground for children. There's a popular restaurant between the apartments and the beach. The restaurant also has sun beds and umbrellas that can be used with the purchase of a drink.
