Our description
If you want to spend your vacation in the modest accommodation on the beach, then Georgia House can be a good choice for you. The accommodation is located on Pigadaki beach (separated by the road), it's not new, but it's well maintained, and the owner is elderly and very kind lady.
From the beach it is only 10m far, while the closest market is at 2.3km, on Sykia beach. In addition, every day the baker and the grocer pass by, distributing their products and food, making the grocery shopping much easier. Pigadaki is a very beautiful beach, small and arranged, with fine sand, shallow and peaceful sea. There are several restaurants, some of them widely known, and some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia (Klimataria, Kriaritsi, Tourkolimnionas ...) are nearby.
Georgia House has a lovely courtyard full of flowers, three studios and one apartment.
The first studio (no.1) has one double bed narrower than standard for two children, one standard double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace. Studio no.2 is the same. The third studio (no.3) has one standard double bed and two double beds narrower than standard and can accommodate a family with three children. All studios have beautiful terraces and side sea view, small bathrooms that the owner has recently expanded, but they're still small. On the balconies there are laundry dryers.
In addition to studios, there is also one apartment (no.4) with a sitting set and a sofa on large veranda in the shade. The apartment has one double bed in the first room and two single beds separated by a sliding door in the other room.
All units have a kitchen with big refrigerator, hotplates and necessary kitchen utensils. Also, there is wifi and air conditioner in each of them. Towels and sheets are provided, while guests themselves take care about hygiene during the stay. Of course, the accommodation is completely cleaned on the first and last day of stay.
Private parking is not available, but it's easy to find parking space nearby.
Pigadaki beach can be easily reached. After you turn from the main road towards the beach Sykia, continue until you get to the crossroad. The road on the left leads to the beach Sykia, while the road up to the hill lead to the beach Pigadaki. You will cross the first bay and the next bay is beach Pigadaki. Georgia House is in the first row, so you will find it easily.
If you're not too demanding and looking for an accommodation on the beach, Georgia House can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je na odlicnoj lokaciji, plaza Tourkolimnion( koja je prelepa) je na 5 min pesice...Smestaj jeste stariji, to nam uopste nije smetalo, ali ono sto nije u redu je sto kupatilo i kuhinja uopste nisu bili cisti, ispod sudopere se osecao smrad budji, klima je slabo radila...

Smeštaj u Georgia’s house je skromniji ali je vrlo čisto i uredno. Lokacija je fenomenalna zbog blizine plaže , naravno za one koji više vole manja mesta. Ono sto manjka, što se lokacije tiče jeste udaljenost supermarketa ( nama to nije smetalo ali do prvog supermarketa mora se ići kolima). Sama plaža je mala, voda je čista i uglavnom je mirno. Vlasnica je starija gospođa koja će se potruditi da izađe u susret svim vašim željama i potrebama. Sve u svemu, mesto za preporuku onima koji žele da pobegnu od gradske gužve.
