Our description
Not far from the beach of Sikia, in a spacious and enclosed courtyard with plenty of natural shade, lies Androniki's House. Suitable for those who do not seek luxury and prioritize proximity to the beach.
The accommodation is located about 200m from the long sandy beach of Sikia. The nearest mini markets are within the Melissi and Pitsoni camps, about 600m away, and a bakery is located on the highway, less than 2km away.
It is a ground floor house that features a living room with two sofas and an armchair, along with an enclosed kitchen with a counter and a dining table. It also has two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed.
The accommodation offers air conditioning, TV, internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The terrace is enclosed and has a seating set.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as for the replacement of bed linen and towels.
The courtyard is quite spacious, with plenty of greenery and natural shade, and the area in front of the house is paved. It has a barbecue area and private parking.

Owners description
Androniki’s House is a house in Sykia, Halkidiki, and it is located just 50 meters from the beach. The house is ideal for families and couples because it consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom. The spacious terrace in the large front yard offers an incomparable view of the deep blue waters of the Sykia coast. At a distance of a few meters from our house there are restaurants, taverns, beach bars and a supermarket.
If what you are looking for is a holiday of enjoyment and serenity, then Androniki's House is the best choice for you!

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Andoniki's House is a lovely place to stay in Paralia Sykia. It is set at the top of a long garden, & feels quite private. It's less than 100 metres from the gate to the sea. The house itself is comfortable & welcoming. There's a lovely shaded terrace, & everything you could want to make your holiday stay comfortable inside. For a longer holiday, it's a real advantage to have a fully fitted kitchen & a washing machine. Most of all, Maria is the kindest, most considerate, host. Her generosity & concern made our holiday very special.

Hello, May I ask a question about your Androniki's House. It is written in the description that at a distance of a few meters from the house there are restaurants, taverns, beach bars. Silence is very important for us. If you could tell whether the noise from these restaurants, etc. is so high, that can be listened in the house? Thanks a lot in advance!

sta je problem da se ubace malo veci kreveti,mi smo imali dva bracna koji su malo siri od metar,tako da je tesnoi za dvoje dece a kamoli za odrasle a i kraci su od standarda sigurno

Evo da i ja dam par reci o ovom smestaju.Posto smo malo kasnili u startu stigli smo u 22 h,na nase veliko iznenadjenje sve je bilo u potpunom mraku dvorisno osvetljenje je radilo svaki treci dan,nikakve oznake na ulici nema tako da je veliki problem naci nocu,drugo nema nikoga kome mozete da se obratite,jer niko od vlasnika ne boravi tu,Mariju smo dobili tel.koja je obecala da ce sin doneti kljuc za 10 min.sto je 30 ali to nije problem,za svaki problem mora da se zove Marija tel.jer devojka koja je sobarica ima govornu manu tako da nema sanse da se sporazumete sa njom,jedini problem je sto ne postoji wi-fi,a i tel.signal je malo losi,da ne bi bile samo kritike smestaj je novi,a i namestaj opremljenost kuhinje solidna sa svim potrebnim stvarima,problem je sto je objekat pod plocom,tako da je velika vrucina a klima je tako postavljena da bije direktno u glavu tako da nije pametno spavati sa ukljucenom
