TheoFania House is situated in the charming village of Sykia in Sithonia, in a tranquil location, far from the bustling crowds. It can be an excellent choice for visitors seeking solitude on their vacation and indulging in the authenticity of a Greek village.

The Sykia beach is approximately 4km away, and in close proximity, you will find numerous cafes, supermarkets, and taverns.

This is a one-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 4 people.

In the living room, which includes a kitchen, there is a pull-out sofa bed for two, and in the bedroom, there is a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a large refrigerator with a freezer, a spacious stove with an oven and four burners, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin.

The house is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a terrace with a view of the courtyard and the street. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel replacement are conducted every four nights.

The house has a small yard where guests have access to private parking.

TheoFania House is located in Sykia, at a distance of 4.5 km from the sandy beach which has the same name. Taverns, cafes, pharmacy, as well as mini markets are very close to the accommodation.

This 45m2 house has one bedroom with a double bed. In addition to the bed, there is also a large sofa on which three people can sleep and it is located in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen.

Air conditioning, WiFi Internet, TV, mosquito nets are available.

In the fully equipped kitchen there is a large fridge with freezer, an oven and four rings, an electric kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and also a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower cabin and a hair dryer.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay, but a second set of towels is also available.

This house has a balcony overlooking a beautiful yard with a parking space. Guests can also park their car in front of the house.
