The Pink Oleander House is located in the first row to the sea, so it has a fantastic sea view and as well as a very quiet location in Toroni. It’s tucked in a spacious courtyard, full of greenery, with plenty of natural shade and it can be a great choice for those who’d want to spend a quiet and pleasant vacation.
The closest supermarket, as well as tavern are 100m away. Every morning about half-past eight, a minivan with fresh bread and pastries passes by the house
They offer a 6-bed duplex apartment on the second floor, with a living and dining room with a sofa which can become a double bed and one sofa for one person. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other one there is also a double bed with baby cot. The apartment is not air-conditioned but it has a TV and the internet. In the fully equipped kitchen, there’s a large refrigerator with freezer and a stove, while the bathroom has a tub and washing machine. It has two terraces, with a beautiful sea view from the living room terrace.
Replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after five days.
There is plenty of space for children to play and to park vehicles in the yard (which is not landscaped).
After entering Toroni, follow the street by the beach and after the Georgiadis Hotel (located on the beach), drive for another 130m until you reach this accommodation.

A calm and relaxed holiday in a 20-year old apartment, 10m from the beach, equipped with all modern comforts, located in a peaceful countryside at the quietest location of the breathtaking turquoise beach of Toroni. With nothing to interfere the view of the fine golden sandy beach and the crystal clear waters in the front and of the green wooded hills in the back of the house. Thanks to its bio-climatic construction, it stays cool even on the hottest days of summer.
The independent apartment for six persons, occupying the whole second floor of a 2-floor building, is comprising of:
- Large living room with a sofa bed and a convertible single sofa bed
- Bedroom with a double bed
- Second bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot
It has been recently renovated and equipped with a brand new refrigerator, washing machine, boiler, electric stove with oven, fireplace and central heating. It has a big yard and a garden with gazebo, pine trees, oleanders, flowers etc.
There’s a big southern balcony on the front side, which serves as an extension of the living room, with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, the Toroneos bay, the Kassandra peninsula and the castle of Toroni, with ancient and Byzantine ruins. The northern balcony at the back serves the two bedrooms, with a view over the surrounding hills covered with pine trees. The quietness is only broken by the chirping of birds and cicadas, while a northern breeze cools down the apartment.
Changing of towels and bed linen is done every fifth day.
Free car parking is available on the street in front of the house, as well as the bus stop to Neos Marmaras (20km), Nikiti, Moudania and Thessaloniki (138km). Close to the house, there’s a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, fish shops and supermarkets.

Prices and room types

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
