Our description
Giovanoudas Studios is a decent accommodation close to the fantastic beach in Toroni. The accommodation was renovated in 2018 and it’s suitable for couples, families with one child or two families who’d spend summer vacation together, as only two studios are offered, so privacy is guaranteed.
The nearest beach, taverns and supermarkets are only 170m away.
The accommodation has two triple studios (25m2) on the first floor, with one double and a single bed. Both studios have a terrace, one overlooks the mountain, while the other one overlooks the adjacent buildings. The terrace overlooking the neighbouring buildings is somewhat larger and wide, while the other terrace is narrower. Both studios have a kitchen equipped with necessary dishes, with the kitchen in the studio that overlooks the mountain is bigger and has a large refrigerator, while the other has a small fridge. The studios have a hot with two rings, TV, air conditioning and a renovated bathroom with shower tub without a curtain.
Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days.
Private parking is not available, but you will find enough parking space nearby.
Drive the main street by the sea till you reach the tavern Afrodita, then turn into the street left (or right, depending on which direction you are coming from). 100m after Villa Maria you will see a small hill on the right-hand side where Giovanoudas Studios is located, at the entrance next to the butcher shop Giorgos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
