If you prefer luxurious accommodation, Simon King Studios and Apartments could be a great choice for you. It's located on the main road in Vourvourou, but it's tucked in the spacious yard out of noise because and it's a real oasis to enjoy with your loved ones.
The main street in Vourvourou with supermarkets and the beach are about 1km away, while the pizzerias on the main road are at 450m.
The accommodation offers quadruple and quintuple apartments, as well as quadruple and 8-bed maisonettes.
- Apartments no. 1, 2, 5 and 6 (35m2) have one bedroom, living room, porch and the pool. Accommodate two persons in the bedroom and two more in a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity is four persons.
- Apartments no. 3 and 4 (45m2) have one bedroom, living room, veranda and swimming pool. Accommodate two persons in the bedroom and 2-3 more in a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity is five persons.
- Maisonettes 7, 8, 11 and 12 (25m2) have a living room, loft (12m2) bedroom, balcony and swimming pool. Accommodate two persons in a double bed in the attic bedroom and two more in a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity is four persons.
- Maisonettes no. 9 and 10 (50m2 + attic 12m2) have two bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, a loft bedroom and two balconies. Accommodate two persons in a double bedroom, two more in the bedroom with two single beds, two persons a double bed in the loft bedroom and 1-2 more in a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum capacity is eight persons.
All accommodation units have a living room with a sofa bed for two, dining table for four, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and dishes), bathroom with a shower cabin, solar heating, security door, mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV, free WiFi internet, DVD player, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, safe box, hairdryer, indoor slippers and a possibility to use a laptop (free).
In a large and beautifully arranged yard full of greenery and flowers, guests can use a swimming pool, bar, mini-gym, grill, shower and toys for children. Private parking is also provided. Towels and sheets are changed daily or every two days
If you are arriving from the direction of Ormos Panagias, continue forward at the place where the road Vourvourou forks and after 2,4km you'll see this accommodation on the right side of the main road.

In the heart of the second leg of Halkidiki, just 80km from Macedonia Airport and 110km from the center of Thessaloniki, on the main road from Nikiti to Sarti, you will find Simon King.
At just 600m from the village center and the sea, Simon King is an ideal location for your summer holiday. Located at the foot of the imposing Itamos, it provides the perfect combination of mountain and sea. The ideal combination of mountain and sea enables plenty of options on your holiday.
Sea lovers will enjoy the wonderful beaches and the possibility of renting a motorboat (without driving license being required) to make a tour in the islands. Those who prefer mountain activities can walk through the trails of imposing Itamos and enjoy the enchanting bay view of Vourvourou from its top.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
