Our description
Morfo House is a modest but well-maintained accommodation located close to the beach in the popular resort of Vourvourou, on the east coast of Sithonia. These are functional and decent apartments, fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
There are several supply supermarkets, pizzerias and restaurants in the village.
The beach is about 70m, the nearest shop is about 450m, while the first tavern is about 3km away.
It offers three apartments for rent - one on the ground floor of the main building, and the other one on the ground floor of a smaller building located at the end of the yard.
The apartment in the main building has a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer and a large stove with oven, pantry, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In the first bedroom there are one double and one single bed, while in the second one there is one double bed.
In front of the entrance there is a common veranda equipped with table and chairs.
The apartment in the smaller building has in the left part of the building a kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, a mini stove with oven and a kettle, as well as a small sofa bed. In the right part of the building there are two separate bedrooms - one with a standard double bed and a bed slightly narrower than the standard double bed, and the other one with a standard double bed and a folding armchair. There is one air conditioner in each bedroom, and the bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The aparment has unfenced seating area in front of it.
The apartments are air conditioned, they have WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets and blinds.
Clean bed linen and towels are available after 5-6 nights, and are replaced by guests who also take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
The accommodation has a very spacious yard full of greenery, beautifully maintained lawn, and plenty of parking space.
If you are coming from the direction of Nikiti, you will find the house just before turning off the main road to enter the summer resort of Vourvourou.
If you need affordable yet comfortable and tidy accommodation in a quiet location away from the crowds near the beach, Morfo House may be a good choice for you.

Owners description
Morfo House is a small family business in Vourvourou, one of the most beautiful parts of Sithonia with the beach overlooking Diaporos. It's located near Agios Nikolaos village and 110km from Thessaloniki.
The apartments (40m2) are on the ground floor of a family-run residential complex facing the garden. It features a separate kitchen and two bedrooms with one double ie one double and a single bed for up to five people. The apartments are air-conditioned, it has free WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, ceiling fan, equipped kitchen with large fridge, electric oven with ceramic hobs and all the utensils you need (for breakfast and lunch), a bathroom with hot water 24/7 and a hairdryer. Cleaning, as well as replacing towels and bed linen, is done after five days. In the large backyard, there's enough parking space for the vehicle and any motorized craft.
The closest supermarket is at about 300m, while several restaurants are a bit farther in the surrounding area.
The beach in a quiet location is at 70m from the house.
Just a few kilometers from the house guests can enjoy a day cruise to Mount Athos. For nature lovers, there's a road near the house that leads to the woods and a small pond with natural sounds and the tranquillity that derives from this wonderful scenery.
The owners have been offering hosting services to visitors for over a decade and many of them come back every year.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je na lepoj lokaciji,pogodan za obilazak plaza u bilo kom delu Sitonije,veoma blizu plaze koja je divna za malu decu i na kojoj nije bilo guzve u bilo koje doba dana. Sobe su dovoljno prostrane i kuhinja je izdvojena sto je nama veoma znacilo.Najlepsi utisak je ostavilo dvoriste koje je prostrano i sa divnim travnjakom,tako da smo zaista uzivali.Domacica je veoma ljubazna zena i svakako bismo se vratili opet.
