Internet access, air-conditioned accommodation units, nicely decorated and safe courtyard with private parking, as well as kind owners, make this accommodation one of the most popular in this charming resort.
Accommodation is on a great location - only 90m away from the city beach and the promenade zone, and 50m away from the market Happy, pizzerias and tavernas.
In the offer are six studios and three apartments.
The studios (20-35m2) are located on a lower ground floor (basement, 70cm below ground level), they do not have a terrace, but there is space for laundry drying.
Three studios (no. 3, 5 and 6) are for two persons (2 Bed Studio, Semi-based), with two single beds that can be joined together.
The other three studios (no. 1, 2 and 4) are for two adults and two children, with one double bed and bunk beds (3 and 4 Bed Studio, Semi-based).
All studios have a kitchen equipped with hotplates and a fridge. If necessary, mini oven is available on request. In the bathroom, there is a shower tray with curtain.
The apartments (60-70m2) are on the first floor (6 Bed Apartment and 2 Bedroom Apartment) and, unlike studios, have very spacious terraces. The apartments have two separate bedrooms, in one there is a double bed, while in the other there is a single bed with a drawer bed or bunk beds whose bottom bed is a double bed and the top bed is a bed for one person. In the living room there is a sofa (two sofas and an armchair in No. 1 or a corner sofa in No. 2 or two sofas for one person in No. 3) and an LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large fridge, a stove, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have TV, mosquito nets and a safe deposit box. Hair dryer and a fan are avalable on request. Cleaning and replacement of towels is done once in two days, while bed linen are replaced once in four days.
Accommodation is located in the fenced yard with natural shade, gazebo and seating furniture. There are enough private parking spaces for all guests.
Accommodation is easy to find: when you take a right turn at traffic light in Nikiti, continue down the street (about 600m, till the children's playground on the left) and then take a right turn again. In about 40m you will be in front of the Epinio Apartments.

The beautiful and traditional village Nikiti, located in the Sithonia of Halkidiki, is surrounded by true nature.
Here, we built in 2007 the Epinio near to the port and to the great beach of Nikiti. They are very comfortable apartments furnished.
All studios are comfortably and exclusively furnished. They have a bathroom (shower with WC), kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, climate. Studios & Apartments features: comfortable, can accommodate 2-4 persons, family rooms, all children are welcome, TV, air conditioning, linen, toilet, towels, shower, clothes rack, kitchenware, refrigerator and kitchen.
Studio No. 1, 2 & 4 can accommodate 2-4 persons. Studio No. 3, 5 & 6 can accommodate two persons. Studios have an air condition, TV, chairs and table, refrigerator, kitchen, electric kettle, all kitchenware and WiFi internet. Towels are replaced after two days and bed linen after four days.
Apartment No. 1 can accommodate up to five persons. Apartment No. 2 can accommodate up to four persons. Apartment no. 3 can accommodate up to seven people. Apartments have air condition, LCD TV, chairs and table, kitchen, refrigerator, electric kettle, all kitchenware, WiFi internet, washing machine and oven. Towels are replaced after two days and bed linen after four days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Interesuje me smeštaj u periodu od 05.08. do 15.08.2024. god. za 2 porodice, jedan studio za 2 osobe i jedan studio za 3 osobe. Ako nema takva kombinacija, onda bi mogao apartman sa 2 spavace sobe za 5 osoba.
