Our description
Paschalia Apartments is an accommodation in a first row to the sea (with only the field in front) in Psakoudia, on a quiet and safe location. It has studios for 2-3 people and apartments for 3-4 people, with a beautiful sea view from some of them. All units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and a private terrace. Privacy is guaranteed due to the small number of accommodation units.
The accommodation is located 140m from the sandy beach, 450m from the center of Psakoudia with taverns and shops and 800m from the supermarket Masoutis.
There are 12 accommodation units - two double rooms on the first floor, eight triple studios, one triple and a quadruple apartment. The first level of accommodation is in the basement, with the entrance seven steps below the ground level, the first floor, i.e. the high ground floor is seven steps above the ground level and there's also the second floor. The reception is located on the first floor.
Double studios have one double bed and a shower tray with curtain in the bathroom. Triple studios have one double and a single bed (a little lower but with a standard mattress) and a shower tray with curtain in the bathroom. Their kitchens are equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, hotplates, electric kettle and the necessary dishes.
The triple apartment has one double bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the living room with a kitchen. The quadruple apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen. Their kitchens are equipped with refrigerator with freezer compartment, hotplates, electric kettle and the necessary dishes.
Accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, internet and a private terrace with sitting set. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done at the half of 10-night stay, and for short stay upon agreement with the owners.
The yard in front of the accommodation is paved and enclosed, with a barbecue, shower and gazebo. They do not have private parking, but in front of the yard, there's always enough space for everyone.
Following the main street in Psakoudia, after passing by the Cronwell Resort, you will notice the road that leads toward the beach. Turn to the right and drive for about 330m until you see Paschalia Apartments on your left.
If you need a modest, but decent accommodation, on a very peaceful location, and close to the beach - Paschalia Apartments can be a good choice for you.

Paschalia Apartments is located in Psakoudia in Sithonia, on Halkidiki, just 80m from the beautiful 7km long sandy beach and 100m from the center.
It consists of studios and apartments, all with fantastic sea view.
Studios are for up to four people and include kitchen, shower with WC, air conditioning, satellite TV and balcony.
Corresponding respectively equipped apartments have two bedrooms which can accommodate up to six people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prvi put smo smešteni u studio koji je ispod nivoa zemlje, studio je bio za tri osobe a nas dvoje, konfor je bio odličan, zbog nekih sitnica, recimo komunikacija, neznaju engleski jezik, i sve je kasnilo zbog komunikacije, nisam dala celih 5 zvezdica, da ne bi vas da uskočite u konverzaciju, ne znam kako bi se snašli. Wifi je bio dobar samo prva dva dana, posle ga nije bilo uopšte gotovo svako jutro, i par večeri, odnos cene i kvaliteta se poklapa u našem slučaju.

Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta. Pošto nismo vreme provodili u apartmanu, nego je služio samo da prespavamo, ne mogu mnogo reći.
