Our description
Suzzana House is located in Toroni in the first row by the sea, next to the supermarket in the center. Suzzana House is a good choice for those who want decent accommodation on a great location.
The building was built in 1980 and renovated in 2015.
In total, there are seven studios (15m2). Three of them have a larger balcony than the other four studios. All studios have two connected single beds and one single bed.
All studios have internet, kitchen, TV and mosquito nets. Some of the studios have a sea view.
In the yard there is a barbecue which guests can use as well as parking. The yard is small and lovely, with a lot of greenery and flowers, there are several sunbeds and seating furniture.
Bed linen and towels are changed every fifth day.
To arrive at the Suzzana accommodation, when you enter Toroni, you should drive the street by the beach and after passing the Afroditi tavern, you should drive another 30m and you will arrive at the accommodation Suzzana.
This modest accommodation is a good choice for undemanding guests who want to be near the sea and the promenade.

Owners description
Suzzana House is located few steps from the wide sandy beach in Toroni. There are studios that can accommodate up to three people and each contains: a fully equipped kitchen, stove, shower, toilet, air conditioning, TV and terrace. The building is surrounded by a garden with trees, that fits the children because they have lots of room to play. Also, there is a barbecue and private parking.
Sandy beach with crystal clear waters is located directly in front of the house. At the beach guests can play volleyball, football and basketball. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other tourism facilities are located on the road along the beautiful beach at a distance of 50 meters from the complex Suzzana House.
The studios have a single and a double bed, TV, air conditioning, toilet with shower and a furnished terrace. Integrated and fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Lokacija je sjajna, prelazak ulice i eto vas na plazi, market na 10 metara kao i restorani, parking u dvoristu.. Smestaj je skroz korektan, ima sve sto je potrebno (klima, fen, kuvalo, sporet sa rernom, veci kombinovani frizider), velika terasa, nova stolarija sa komarnicima, mesta za sedenje i druzenje u dvoristu... Nije bilo nikakvog neprijatnog mirisa kad smo mi bili ni u smestaju ni oko njega. Cesma koja je malo curila je zamenjena dok smo bili tamo (nismo je mi ni pominjali, vec je vlasnica to vec organizovala) tako da verujem da eventualne probleme, koje mi nismo imali, resavaju adekvatno. Glavna zamerka je velicina prostora, soba je realne velicine dvokrevetne sobe, a ubacen je jos jedan krevet dok se i u lodji u kuhinji nalazi sklopljen jos jedan pomocni krevet koji pretpostavljam moze da se doda tu. Nas je bilo dvoje tako da nam prostora nije falilo, ali recimo da ulazna vrata ne mogu da se otvore skroz zbog tog treceg kreveta. Ukratko: Ukoliko ne ocekujete neki luksuz vec standardni jeftiniji apartman (harmonika vrata na kupatilu) sa lepom terasom i sjajnom lokacijom, preporuka. Vlasnica je zaista bila ljubazna i nemamo nikakvu konkretnu zamerku na smestaj. Ukoliko budemo opet dolazili u Toroni ne bismo imali nista protiv da opet budemo u istom smestaju.
