Our description
Ammos Studios is located in a very quiet location in Toroni, away from traffic and noise. It can be a good choice for those looking for accommodation in a quiet place and privacy, as the accommodation has only three units.
The beach is about 350m away, while the nearest market is about 550m away.
Ammos Studios has a large yard and consists of two four-bed studios located on the ground floor and one five-bed apartment. Both studios have two French beds, but one is of standard dimensions, and the other is slightly smaller. In addition to the French bed, one studio has a sofa and a folding armchair, and the other has only another folding armchair. The studios were built in 2012, and the apartment is newer, from 2019.
The apartment is very spacious, it is a real apartment of 80 square meters. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed and a living room with a sofa bed for one or two people. There is also a kitchen in the living room, which only has an electric kettle.
The studios and apartments practically do not have a kitchen that can be used, but there is a well-equipped common kitchen that can be used by everyone.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, mosquito nets, clothes dryers, TV. In the kitchen they only have a coffee maker and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, and in the bathroom they have a shower and tiles without a tub and without a bordered space.
The accommodation has a shared kitchen in a separate room and a summer house in the yard. The common kitchen has an electric stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a grill, a toaster, a coffee maker, a table and chairs for dining and socializing.
Bed linen and towels are changed after 5 - 7 days, but you need to ask the owner yourself for bed linen and towels when you want them changed.
You maintain the hygiene of the accommodation yourself during your stay.
There is a place to park cars in the spacious yard, and a shower is also available for guests.

Owners description
In the peaceful part of Toroni, on around 450m from the beach and 1km from the center, is located Ammos Studios.
Ground floor house consists of two studios that can accommodate a maximum of four persons. Both studios are the same decorated, they have one standard double bed, one smaller double bed and one folding armchair. The kitchen is normally equipped, it has hotplates, a fridge and a coffee machine. In the bathroom of one studio, there are just tiles, while in another studio is a curtain. In front of each studio is an open terrace with a table and chairs for relaxing.
At the moment there is no internet nor TV in both studios. Replacing bed linen and towels is on every four days. Pets are welcome on request upon booking.
Around the house is a yard with barbecue and parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
