Our description
Accommodation is located at about 150m from the beach in Toroni.
Stella Studios 1 is located on the second floor. Two double studios (18m2) have one double bed, two triple studios (20m2) have one double and a single bed, while a quadruple studio has one double and two bunk beds.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen with mini-stove with oven, new bathroom, wooden furniture and partial sea view. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done regularly.
Guests can use the barbecue in the small and nicely decorated courtyard.
The house is in a quiet place and close to all amenities, so if you're looking for a decent accommodation near a sandy beach, shops and promenade, Stella Studios 1 can be a good choice.

Owners description
In the beautiful area of Toroni, in Sithonia the middle peninsula of Halkidiki, you will find Studios Stella. The studios are built in a quiet position and are 100,m away from the local beach.
We can accommodate everyone, from a single couple to a whole family as there are 10 double, triple and 4 bed studios. Each studio is completely equipped with: TV, A/C, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Also, there is a washing machine which you can use for free.
We do room cleaning and changing of sheets and towels every 5 days. In the external area, there is a barbecue which you can use. Also, there is plenty of parking space and a garden where you and your children can play or relax enjoying the sun and the natural green environment which surrounds our unit.
A few meters away you will find the beautiful beach of Toroni with its golden sand and crystal clear water.
Very close to Studios Stella, there are supermarkets and many other shops, so you can easily cover your everyday needs. Also, there are various restaurants, traditional fish taverns and beach bars, so every day you can enjoy a great time!

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Смештај одговара опису. Студио је мали али довољан. Кухиња функционална, евентуално понесите један већи нож, то нема , не сумњам да се може тражити, газдарица је љубазна и сарадљива. Што се звона са цркве тиче, оглашава се недељом и празником у 7 ујутру. Није страшно. Комарца једног видели нисмо у нашој соби, а били смо на спрату, док их је у шетњи било милион. Смештај је близу централног дела плаже и то је одлична позиција. У малој улици одмах до куће је месара, 20 м низ улицу десно лекар, 20м низ улицу ка плажи гирос, супермаркет одмах код плаже. Све у свему, веома добро.
