Giola Apartments & Studios 1 is the accommodation in Astris and it's suitable for those in search of accommodation outside the crowds, yet near the urban places. The cleanliness is on a high level and the sea view is beautiful.

The nearest beach is Kalami Beach, about 1km from the accommodation, while the main beach in Astris, is about 2,5km from the accommodation, and 1km after this beach, there is Psili Ammos. Astris is 2km away (first store,also) and nearby, there are only two luxury hotels, Aeria and Aeolis, two restaurants and a lot of greenery. Potos is 5-6 minutes by car and offers a great variety of stores, taverns, supermarkets, promenade. Limenaria is 10 minutes by car.

This accommodation has nine accommodation units - five two-bed studios (20m2), two three-bed studios (20m2), one four-bed studio (20m2) and one four-bed apartment (35m2).

On the ground floor there are two two-bed and one three-bed studio as well as an apartment, while the remaining units (three two-bed, one three-bed and four-bed studio) are located on the first floor. All accommodation units are entered directly from the courtyard, via a spacious terrace. The view from the terrace to the sea is very beautiful.

Two-bed studios consist of a double bed, three-bed studios consist of one double bed and a single bed, and in a four-bed studio there is one double bed and bunk beds. The apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, while the other room has two single beds. Both rooms have a separate exit to the balcony.

Studios and apartments are properly maintained, clean, spacious enough, equipped with classic, wooden, apartment furniture, with kitchens and bathrooms of medium quality. All accommodation units have TVs, refrigerators, stoves with two burners, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. The bathrooms have a shower and a curtain. There are mosquito nets, but only on the windows. It is possible to get a cot for babies, but it must be emphasized before booking. Pets are allowed.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

They are located in a beautifully decorated yard, with a paved parking lot, lots of flowers and greenery, a brick grill, tables and chairs in the shade for guests to socialize and enjoy, and terraces with a view of the sea, olive groves and surrounding hills.

The parking lot is located right in front of the accommodation and there is enough space for all guests of this accommodation.

Giola Apartments & Studios 1 is located on the south of the Island, right on the exit from Astris, on the right side of the main road, coming from Potos, 50m lower from Aeria hotel.

From uphill, where the rooms are located, you can get to the small, unorganized cove, partially pebbly and partially rocky. Nearby the beach, there is a road that leads to Giola, natural pool. A few kilometers away, there are coves near the monastery, Saint Archangel Michael monastery, Kekes beach and Aliki.

This accommodation is a good base because there's a lot of beautiful beaches nearby, such as Psili Amos, Roso Gremos, Notos, Kekes, Aliki. The house offers peace, greenery and a big court yard.

This property is around 15 minutes walk from the beach. At a distance of 1km from Astris Beach, Giola Apartments & Studios 1 offer a garden with olive trees and a terrace. They feature self-catering accommodation units with a view over the Aegean Sea. The seaside Potos village is 7km away.
Giola is few km away on the first turn to the beach.

All air-conditioned studios and 1-bedroom apartment have access to a terrace. Each unit has a TV and a kitchenette with mini fridge and cooking hobs. Some have a separate sitting area.
Cleaning and replacing of towels and sheets is once per stay.

Several restaurants, café bars and a supermarket for the general supplies can be found 1km away.
The property is 4km from Archangelos Monastery. Prinos Port is 30km away and Limenas Port is at a distance of 43km.
