Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for PotosPanagiota villa is located in Potos, few minutes from the beach and center. Its location is excellent, featuring sufficient parking for 5-6 cars, which is not usual for houses in the center of Potos.
Accommodation is about 200 meters from the central crossroads towards Theologos, and 250 meters from the town beach.
The villa has a total of three apartments on the ground floor and seven studios located on high ground and first floor, for two, three or four individuals. They are equipped with classic wooden furniture, rather modest and clean.
The apartments (30m2) are entered from a separate porch on the back of the building, first through the room with a kitchen and a double bed, then through a small hallway to the bathroom and another large room with two single beds. They are ideal for families with children, because they exit directly to a narrow lawn behind the house, and are protected from the noise from the street.
Studios are located on the high ground and the first floor. Two quadruple studios are on the ground floor, one facing the street, while the other has garden view. The third quadruple studio is on the first floor and faces the street. Each quadruple studio (30m2) has one double bed and a couch with a standard drawer bed for fourth person. On the first floor there are four studios (22m2), three are facing the courtyard, and one has street view. Each of them has a double bed, as well as long, but slightly narrower balcony. Standard additional bed for third person can be added only in two of studios facing the courtyard.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a kitchen, bathroom, mosquito nets, TV and wireless internet signal.
Cleaning, change of bedding and towels is done on three days.
In the garden guests can use the mobile grill.
Supermarket, butcher's shop, liqueur stores, spices store, flower shop, EKO gas station, amusement park and newsstand, are all in the in the closest neighborhood. Of course, the parking areas are also along the street, next to the villa or opposite it, considering that for these 150 meters it is separated from the very center.
Main advantage of this lodging is its closeness to the center, beach and facilities for supplying, dining and entertainment, along with renovated studios and parking space. A flaw could be possible noise from the street due to vehicles passing through the road next to it, but only in the studios with balconies facing the street. However, that applies to almost all villas located near the center and the beach in Potos.

It is located in the center of Potos, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc.
You can choose between studio that has one room and apartment that consists of two rooms.
Our accommodation is perfect for family vacations but also for those that wish the entertainment and accommodation not more than 5 minutes far from the center of Potos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
