Our description
Athina Villa is located in Potos, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center. Accommodation is very affordable, it has standard beds and spacious balconies. It is surrounded by olive trees and it has private parking.
Athina Villa is located on the road to Theologos, about 350m from the center of Potos and approximately 450 meters from the city beach.
House has five studios, two of which are facing the street, and three toward olive trees at the back of the house. Studios have three or four single beds. All have a kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, TV, spacious terrace and wireless internet connection.
One triple studio is on the ground floor and has a garden view from the backside. Other four studios are on the first floor, of which two are with 3 single beds and two are with 4 single beds. Studios on the first floor are 25m2, and studio on the ground floor is 20m2.
Studios are spacious and equipped with classic wooden furniture, well-preserved.
Cleaning and changing towels and sheets are provided every five days.
Villa has two parking lots, and in front of the villa, you can park your car on the street for free.
You can reach the home when from the direction Limenaria you get to the central intersection in Potos and there turn left towards Teologos. After 350m you`ll see a villa on the right side of the road, opposite the villa Laskarina.
The accommodation is decent, not far from town and beach, with spacious terraces, and the view of the olive trees is particularly beautiful. This is a good choice if you want to be located in Potos and get decent accommodation and to be able to get to the center and the beach for 5-6 minutes on foot.

Welcome to Athina Studios, the accommodation in a quiet part of Potos, near the village center and just a few minutes walk from a long sandy beach. We offer comfortable and economical studios for your holiday on Thassos island.
The studios are great for families of 3-4 people, as well as for couples and friends who want to stay near the vibrant and cosmopolitan nightlife of Potos. Stay with us and enjoy the many pleasures that our beautiful island has to offer.
We are near the ring road of Thassos which gives our guests access to infinite possibilities, like discovering countless beaches along the dazzling coastline, exploring dozens of unique and traditional villages, tasting some of the most amazing fish and delicious Greek recipes, visiting the archaeological sites that have been here for thousands of years, and experiencing the pleasant weather which makes everything else so enjoyable.
We wish to welcome you and provide you with a pleasant stay so that you may focus on the important things, relaxing and enjoying your holiday on Thassos island.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani Interesujem se za Potos Tasos ,vila Athina , za apartman na prvom spratu sa kuhinjom odvojenom ulazi se sa terase .U kom terminu je je slobodan ovaj apartman ,hvala

Vlasnica Athina kao da se trudi da se osećate nepoželjno. Imala bih puno toga da kažem ali ukratko u ovom smeštaju nećete se osećati dobrodošlo.

Studio je komforan, nameštaj ok, higijena ok, kuhinja jeste manja ali sasvim je dovoljna, klima se ne naplaćuje dodatno, tople vode je bilo sve vreme tokom boravka, velika terasa daje pravi užitak za odmor, lokacija dobra, nema buke, blizu je plaža i centar dešavanja u Potosu. Parking ima za dva automobila u dvorištu i bilo je jedno mesto slobodno. Vlasnica je izašla u susret pa smo još u 9 sati ušli u studio jer je smeštaj bio oslobodjen, lep gest koji znači pogotovu posle dugog puta. Jedina mana je internet, vrlo, vrlo slab, gubi se signal u sobi a na terasi tek ne radi a i kada ga ima jako slabo radi. Kad bi radio internet bio bi tip top smeštaj, ovako ocena 4/5.
