Our description
Koula Studios 2 is the accommodation located in Potos, on a very quiet location outside the center. Still, you can reach the beach in 10 minutes by walking. Koula offers spacious and new apartments for bigger families. Guest reviews are very high rated.
It is 600 meters away from the beach and 500 meters from the main intersection.
Accommodation consists of three houses for rent with six apartments available.
A spacious apartment Koula (45m2) on the first floor in the first house, is ideal to accommodate large families. The bedroom has one double bed with a single drawer-bed to be used if necessary. In the living room, except the kitchen, there are two folding sofa beds suitable for adults or younger children. Spacious terrace is overlooking the sea.
The second house is renovated for the season 2017 and consists of two four-bed apartments.
Ground floor apartment Stamatis (45m2) has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the second room there's a kitchen and two single beds. In this room you can add an extra bed.
The apartment Tomi on the first floor (37m2) has a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room with kitchen.
Third house is new and was made for season 2019. It will have two identical apartments as the second house.
Apartment Korina is the same as apartment Tomi and Mary is identical as apartment Stamatis.
From the season 2022 the Dimos apartment will be available for booing too. It is located on the first floor and it's overlooking the yard. In the living room there are two single beds, a small oven, a stove and a large refrigerator, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. An extra bed can be added if needed.
Apartments are air conditioned, have fully equipped kitchen with a small stove and oven, terrace, safe box, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, new bathroom with shower cabin, new furniture and very nice interior decoration. Within accommodation guests can use free wireless internet.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is performed every five days.
There is a garden with small part of grass, few swings for children and three barbecues. There are also table and chairs as well as bbq equipment. The house is surrounded by olive trees.
Private parking is inside the yard.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, at the main crossroads in Potos turn left toward Theologos, and then again to the first street left. After 200m turn to the second street right and go until the end. The house is a pinkish color and you'll easily notice it.
If you want a quality and comfortable accommodation in Potos, with beautiful balconies and a courtyard, outside the crowd and traffic, at just 5-6 minutes walk from the beach, Koula Studios 2 can be an excellent choice.

Owners description
Each apartment has a lounge area with a recessed kitchenette, two single sofa beds, dining table and chairs, television and air conditioning. The bedroom has a double bed and an extra bed and also air conditioning.
The bathrooms have showers.
One apartment is located on the ground floor and is overlooking the patio.
The other apartment is located on the upper level and has a large furnished balcony with view to the garden.
Each apartment can accommodate a family up to 5 people.
Studios Koula offers to the guests free internet WiFi, private parking, and a garden with facilities for barbecue.
A few minutes away there are many shops, taverns, bars and other tourist services.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Prezadovoljni smo smeštajem Koula Studios. Vlasnica je veoma ljubazna. Bili smo u apartmanu Dimos. Sam smeštaj je jako lep, prostran, nameštaj je praktično nov, čisto je i uredno. Lokacija takođe odlična, mirna, nema buke ni gužve, a do plaže i centra vam treba desetak minuta laganog hoda. Ima obezbeđen parking, što je zaista velika prednost u sezoni. Sve preporuke od nas!

Velika preporuka od nas za Koula Studios. Sve je bilo savršeno. Vlasnica nam je poslala precizne instrukcije, kako bismo lakše pronašli smeštaj i ljubazno nas dočekala. Sam smeštaj je veoma lep, komforan, uredan. Nalazi sa na mirnoj lokaciji, iako je od centra i plaže udaljen svega 10-ak minuta hoda. Ima obezbeđen parking, što je u sezoni velika prednost u Potosu.

Do 27.07.2023.Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku.Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i izlazi u susret za sve što vam treba.Apartman je bio za četvoro ali ona je pristala da nam ubaci još jedan krevet za petu osobu i veći sto na terasi.Sobe su veoma čiste i uredne.Opremljene su svim što je potrebno.Sobe se spremaju na tri dana.Vila je u mirnom kraju ima veliko,lepo dvorište u kojem možete parkirati auto u hladu ispod maslina.Vila je udaljena 10min od centra.Svakom bih preporučila.

Do 27.07.2023.Smeštaj je za svaku preporuku.Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna i izlazi u susret za sve što vam treba.Apartman je bio za četvoro ali ona je pristala da nam ubaci još jedan krevet za petu osobu i veći sto na terasi.Sobe su veoma čiste i uredne.Opremljene su svim što je potrebno.Sobe se spremaju na tri dana.Vila je u mirnom kraju ima veliko,lepo dvorište u kojem možete parkirati auto u hladu ispod maslina.Vila je udaljena 10min od centra.Svakom bih preporučila.
