Our description
Aeri Luxury Villas is located in Prinos, on the road to Kazaviti. It has a beautiful sea view and the place itself. The maisonettes are done in a modern way and fully equipped. The balconies are spacious. The guests can find a parking place right in front of the villa.
From the closes beach Dasilio villa is 3km away and the closest supermarket is in the center of Prinos, 400m away.
The accommodation was built in 2016. and it is consisted of two maisonettes.
The bigger maisonette (130m2) is suitable for seven people. On the upper floor, there are a modern equipped kitchen with a large fridge and oven, a living room with a corner sofa, a bathroom and one bedroom with a double bed inside. From the living room, there's an access onto a big balcony with a view that takes your breath away. On the ground floor, there is the second bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine, and two bedrooms with bunk beds and a double bed.
The smaller maisonette (75m2) is suitable for four people. On the upper floor, there's one bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, while on the ground floor, there's a living room with corner sofa, a kitchen with a big fridge and an oven, a balcony, and another bathroom with a washing machine.
The cleaning is done every day, while the towels and bed linen are being changed every three days.
There's enough parking place on the street in front of the villa.
Coming from Limenas, take a left turn on the main crossroad and drive towards Kazaviti another 500m. Take a left sharp turn and follow the road (another 450m) that will take you to Aeri Luxury Villas.

Villa I is an exceptional new build, modern architect-designed, 130m2 luxury villa, located just a minute walk from the traditional village of Prinos. The villa provides unique amenities for an unforgettable stay!

Always stay connected with the villa's private internet connection. The WiFi signal reaches both floors. The villa has 4 satellite connected LCD TVs with over 900 channels. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners. Adjust the air conditioner to your desired temperature and feel relaxed.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 4 children. There are 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There are two toilets, one on each floor, with showers, clean towels, hairdryers and a washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen offers a coffeemaker, a toast maker and a water boiler for your breakfast. Also it is equipped with a safe electric stove with oven for cooking meals and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa including a refrigerator with an external water dispenser.

Fully-equipped kitchen offers a coffeemaker, a toast maker and a water boiler for your breakfast.
Also it is equipped with a safe electric stove with oven for cooking meals and snacks. Pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a good home-cooked meal are provided in the villa including a new big refrigerator.
The villa can comfortably accommodate up to two adults and two children. There are is a master bedroom with king size bed and availability for 2 more beds for children. There are two toilets, one on each floor with showers, clean towels, hairdryers and a washing machine.
The villa's garden is all walled, planted, with grass and provides a safe place for children to play outside and enjoy the sunset.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Interesuje me dali se u vecem mezonetu mogu smestiti 6 odralslih i 4 deteta stim sto su dve bebe koje spavaju sa roditeljima tj ne treba zaseban krevet i dali je vila slobodna od 8,9,10 jula na 7 noci . Unapred hvala
