Our description
Skala Maries Villa is located in Skala Maries village and offers completely equipped maisonette for 10 persons. Large balcony with amazing sea view is breathtaking and it helps you with your choice. There are three separated bedrooms and covered parking spot.
Villa is in the village with the same name, located on the hill above the city beach. The closest shop is in the center, which is 150 meters away. City beach is on the same distance, while Atspas beach is around 450 meters far. This beach offers you free sunbeds and umbrellas as long as you order drink from the beach bar.
Building was built in 2006. and the owner lives here during the winter. Building has two floors and around 120m2. Ground floor had living room with two sofas, completely equipped kitchen (big fridge, oven...) and one bathroom with a shower (without a cabin). On the upper floor are three bedrooms and one more bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a double bed, while one of them has also a bunk bed. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed. Entrance to the big balcony is from the living room. Two bedrooms also have small private balconies. Big balcony has wonderful view to the bay and here you can enjoy maybe the best sunsets in the island.
Changing of towels, linen and cleaning is done on the half of the stay (usually 5-6 days).
Parking has space for two cars.
When arriving from Prinos direction, you are turning right 750 meters after the overpass. After 180 meters you will turn left and than drive up to the hill 200 meters more. You will see the accommodation from your right.
This accommodation is great choice for bigger companies or families who want to enjoy big balcony and lovely sea view.

Owners description
Villa Skala Maries is a large and spacious villa. During the winter time owners live there and because of that villa is in great condition and full of their personal things. It is situated in Skala Maries on Thassos and it is the best solution for a big family or a group of people.
In a quiet area, close to the beaches and the center of the village, Villa Skala Maries waits to give you unique moments of relaxation.
It is 200m away from the beach in the center of Skala Maries, and you can reach Atspas Beach in 1-2 minutes by car. Also, Villa Skala Maries offers private parking.
Villa Skala Maries can accommodate 8-10 people. On the first floor, there is a living room with three couches, a TV and a dining table with chairs. A kitchen, which is fully equipped, and a bathroom with an enclosed shower, WC and hand basin are on the same floor. Moreover, there is a pretty large balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs, with view to the sea and the village.
Indoor stairs lead to the upper floor. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom which has a bathtub, hand basin and WC. The first bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and balcony. The second once furnished with a double bed, sofa, armchair and wardrobe. In the last one,there are a double bed and a wardrobe, and it has a balcony with a beautiful view. In addition, all bedrooms are equipped with A/C and TV.
Replacement of towels and sheets is done every 5 days of stay.

Bookings
If there are more guests in the apartment than anticipated the owner can ask for the deposit which will be given back in case no damage is done during the stay.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Kuca je velika, klimatizovane sobe, kuhinja odlicno opremljena. Na odlicnom je mestu, izmedju dve plaze. Prelep pogled iz soba i sa terase.

Juce smo stigli u Skala Maries, malo ali lepo ribarsko mesto. Vlasnik vile je dosao po nas i pomogao nam da unesemo kofere. Super ljubazan docek uz frape i voce :) Kuca onakva kakvu je i pokazujete, ako ne i lepsa. Divan pogled sa ogromne terase! Toplo preporucujem svima sa malom decom. Postovana Nikana,da li je slobodna vila u periodu 20.06-30.06 2017,treba nam za 10 noci.Ako nema u ovom objektu slobodno,molili bi vas da nam pronadjete nesto slicno na Tasosu za toliki broj osoba.

Kuca je prostrana sa predivnim pogledim na more i luku u selu Sk.Marion. Ogroman balkon sadrzi sve sto je potrebno da sebi upotpunite uzivanje u zalasku sunca koji vam pruza pogled sa balkona. Kuhinja je opremljena i vise nego dovoljno. Domacin Michalis je divan i srdacan u svakom trenutku spreman da pomogne. Sobe su ciste udobne,kupatila takodje. Sve preporuke za jedan divan odmor!
