Our description
Gabrielita Maisonette is an accommodation located in a quiet location, not far from the beach and the town center, and it is suitable for two families who want to spend their vacation together. It is fully equipped with all the necessary things for a pleasant holiday as well as modern furniture.
Maisonette Gabrielita is located in Skala Potamia, about 200m away from the sandy city beach, city center and first market.
It is a two-storey building (75m2), in which two families can be accommodated. In the bedroom on the first floor, there is one double bed. In the living room on the same floor, there is one sofa where two children can sleep. There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture. On the ground floor, there are one double bed, a bunk bed and one sofa bed for two people. There is one bathroom and it is located on the ground floor.
This is a new accommodation modernly equipped.
Cleaning and replacement of towels are provided every 3-4 days, depending of the length of the stay.
Private parking is not available, but the guests can leave their cars next to the accommodation where there is parking space.
If you are coming from Limenas, you will drive on the main road almost until the end of Skala Potamia and just when you pass Ntinas Filoxenia, after the curve, turn left, pass the Acro Studios from your right and just continue driving straight until you come across a complex of maisonettes on your left. One of them is Gabrielita Maisonette. The accomodation is located uphill and you need to climb up the steps in order to reach it.

Owners description
Gabriela is a two bedroom maisonette, situated in one of the most interesting spots of Skala Potamia, on the top of the hill, at the end of Golden Beach. It is situated in a very quiet place with hardly any traffic and noise. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, dominated by the green mountains that surround the valley of the Skala Potamia and Panagia.
A house, part of a project, with neighbors that appreciate the peace and the beauty of the area. Easy to access the beach, one of the most beautiful and famous of the island, perfect for the kids and grown ups, and close to the center of Skala Potamia where all the activities take place, with restaurants, bars, cafeterias and all kind of shops where you will find all you need for your holidays and things to take away home with you.
The maisonette is on two floors and is perfect for two four member families.
The ground floor has one bedroom and a bathroom (with a shower). On the top floor you have the fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your breakfast and meals, the dining place and one bedroom. There are big veranda doors that will take you to a big balcony where you can enjoy your coffee, drinks, or meals outdoors. A patio outside the ground floor offers even more outdoor space to enjoy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Opis, kao i slike prikazane na sajtu nisu merodavne. Nama se desilo da smo dobili "mezonetu" koja nije prikazana na slikama. Međutim ukazala nam se prilika i da pogledamo mezonetu koja je prikazana na slikama, a kako vlasnici i Vi tvrdite da nije njihova. Moje pitanje je zašto su se onda upravo te slike pojavile na vašem sajtu? O čistoći da ne pričam. Navešću Vam svoj opis smeštaja, koji glasi ovako: Smeštajna jedinica nije kompletno opremljena svim neophodnim stvarima počevši od suđa, časa, šerpi što jednoj petočlanoj porodici veoma znači. Klima je poslednjih par dana kapljala tako da smo stvaljali kantice za skupljanje vode. Po ulasku u smeštaj žica za veš slomljena. U kupatilu nedostaju jedna vrata od tuš kabine tako da je praktično nemoguće ne ispolivati sve. U prizemlju se oseća veoma neprijatan miris, po ulasku, tako da nam je trebalo par dana da se na sve to naviknemo. Po meni najneprijatnija situacija jeste ulazak vlasnika u smeštaj kad god poželi ... Vršljanje po kući, pri čemu se ni ne najave kada bi došli kako bi neko od gostiju ostao da ih sačeka. MREŽICE ZA KOMARCE NE POSTOJE. Imali smo problem i sa strujom koja je nestajala iz nepoznatog razloga.

Odličan smeštaj sa sjajnom lokacijom za obilazenje ostrva. Nas je bilo 5 i vila je bila po meri sto se tice prostora. Izuzetno udobni kreveti, kako francuski tako i kreveti na kojima su spavala deca. U kupatilu se nalazi i ves masina. Jedino sta je falilo je da se vila cisti malo cesce, sve ostalo je odlicno. Vlasnici izuzetno ljubazni.

The place is very well situated, close to the beach and tavernas. Accommodation itself is not as presented in the pictures. The walls are covered with tiles, probably to hide the mold. It is a strong smell of mold and dampness. There are no mosquito nets and there are plenty of them. There are also problems with cleanliness and lack of materials and tools for self-catering. The staff is kind and available, but the accommodation I would not recommand.
