Our description
Litsa Villa is located at the entrance of Skala Rachoni, only few minutes of driving from Pachis beach and it is one of rare affordable accommodations in this part of the island. It's a modest accommodation with a spacious and very nice arranged courtyard. Villa is well maintained and studios are very clean.
The closest supermarket where can be bought some of the bakery products are 1km far and Pachis beach is 1,2km far.
In its offer, the villa has four accommodation units, three of which are available for online booking (number 1, number 2 and number 3):
Studio no. 1 - it is a triple studio (20m2) on the first floor in which one are three single beds. Kitchen is on the balcony. It overlooks the garden and the sea from far away.
Rooms no. 2 and 3 - equipped with two single beds, but without kitchen. If necessary, the owner can provide each room with hot plates for preparing some easy meals. Both rooms (15m2) are on the first floor. Balcony is spacious and can be fenced or common (depending if the rooms are booked by friends)
Studio no. 5 - it is a triple bed studio (23m2) on the ground floor, equipped with three single beds. Kitchen is inside of the unit.
Each unit has air condition, TV, spacious terrace, hair dryer, mosquito nets, parking place, WiFi internet and bathroom. Kitchen of each studio is equipped with refrigerator, hot plates and necessary dishes and cutlery.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done every 3-4 days.
The courtyard is very nice and well maintained, with barbecue and outdoor sitting sets for enjoying in the flowers, greenery and shade.
From the direction of Limenas, accommodation is located on the lefts side of main road to Prinos, around 1,2km after Pachis beach.
If you want a decent accommodation, close to one of the most famous beaches on the island, primarily by the fine sand, shallow waters and pine-shade, Litsa Villa can be a very good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Početkom avgusta 2023, muž ,dete i ja smo bili u Skali Rahoni u smeštaju Litsa Villa.Smestaj je za svaku preporuku ko voli odmor bez buke i vreve.Apartman je bio na prvom spratu, čist i uredan,terasa velika a kuhinja odvojena od sobe i ulazi se sa terase.Lokacija je odlična za obilazak ostrva što je nama bitno jer mi ne volimo da na Tasosu budemo samo na jednoj plaži i mestu.U blizini je Pahis kao i Ariba plaza.Do Limenasa nekih 10min kolima.Domaćini su divni i prijatni,stariji bračni par,koji se trude da lepo održavaju kako unutrašnji tako i spoljašnji deo.Mom detetu su svaki drugi dan poklonili neki cips keks a mene je kad smo kretali kući sačekala kesica sa njihovim medom kafom...kao mali znak pažnje a jako prijatan utisak.Da ne zaboravim u daljini se vidi more i lep zalazak sunca.Nameštaj je ok,ništa luksuzno isto kao na slici.Parking naravno ispred same vile je uvek bio na raspolaganju.Kao što sam rekla,iskrena preporuka.

Sasvim slucajno smo trazeci sobu naisli na vilu. Bili smo u avgustu 2017, i krajem avgusta ove godine. Vlasnici su stariji bracni par, koji se trude da se gosti stvarno kao kod kuce osecaju. Vila se redovno odrzava, sve je cisto i uredno. Vila je pored magistrale ali su sobe okrenute prema vrtu, tako da je mirno. Dvoriste je ogradjeno tako da se deca mogu igrati. Sve pohvale i preporuke
