Our description
Sunset Apartments & Studios is close to lovely Trypiti Beach. In garden there swimming pool and bar. Tourists are very pleased with this villa because of its location, private parking, distance from town, swimming pool that children adore, fantastic view of the sea, peace, true relaxation and excellent hygiene.
This accommodation is located on a hill above Trypiti beach, at 150m from the main road, and it has our recommendation because of a beautiful view and the tranquility that surrounds it. Trypiti is 350 meters away.
The house was built in 1997 and renovated in 2007. It offers 7 accommodation units.
Three quadruple family apartments (28m2) are located on the upper floor and have one double bed in the first room and a folding couch bed in the second, with a thrundle bed. Fourth quadruple apartment (_4 Bed Apartment (4) - 34m2) is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults because it has one double bed in the room with kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom. On the ground floor there are three studios (18m2) with two single beds and two studios (18m2) with two single beds and an armchair or a fold out drawer bed. Accommodation is decent and clean, and since it is located on a hill, all accommodation units feature beautiful sea view, regardless of position.
Studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a mini-kitchen, TV, WiFi internet, terrace and bathroom.
Cleaning and change of bedding and towels are carried out in 3-4 days.
The beautiful yard has swimming pool, bar and barbecue.
All guests have private parking.
The owner is very kind, so you can make some arrangements with him about ordering bread, pizza anything else you need from Limenaria (only 3km away).
We recommend it to romantics and couples, to those who adore nature and lovely view to the sea, and to all of those who like barbecue, swimming in a pool until late into the night, lovely sunsets and peace.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, you'll pass by the Blue Dream Palace Hotel on the right side, and then next to the Zoe Hotel and Zako Apartments on the left side of the road. Immediately after Zako Apartments you'll see a road that leads to the left toward the hill. It'll take you right to Sunset Studios.
If you're looking for a decent accommodation for a holiday in the true sense of the word, with excellent view to the sea and nature, socializing, grilling and enjoying the sunsets, Sunset Studios can be an excellent choice.

The lovely atmosphere and the serenity are spread all over the resort which has been restored to perfection, using local materials and resources. The resort aims to satisfy the needs of its guests in terms of service and pleasant atmosphere.
We offer a variety of accommodation units including four apartments and five studios. All nine accommodation units have been carefully designed to meet the highest standards of hospitality and complemented by excellent service. The breathtaking sea view from the balconies is a feature that all of our guests enjoy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Jedan od najlpeših smeštaja u kojima smo letovali do sada. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je i više nego odličan, zapravo, uživo sve izgleda još lepše nego na fotografijama, dvorište je uredjeno sa toliko ljubavi i pažnje za detaljima, bazen je prečist, terase ispred apartmana prostrane, moguće je i koristiti roštilj koji se nalazi u dvorištu. Janis je divan domaćin uvek spreman da izađe u susret. Redovno je menjana posteljina i čišćen kompletan apartman. Lokacija je sjajna baza za obilazak celog ostrva, a plaža u blizini je jako prostrana tako da nikada nije gužva.

Sa smeštajem smo oduševljeni! Ima sve što vam je potrebno...plus divnu terasicu sa fantastičnim pogledom! Izuzetno čisto, mirišljavo...Možete uživati i na nekoliko mesta u dvorištu, na ležaljkama pored bazena, roštiljati... Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i prijatni. Plaža Tripiti, jako čista i prelepa, odmah blizu... Može i peške... Sve preporuke! Pogotovo za porodice sa decom!!! Hvala, još jednom! Ko želi mir, uživanje i opuštanje, ovo je pravo mesto za njega. Obezbeđen parking!

Izuzetno čisto, mirišljavo...Možete uživati i na nekoliko mesta u dvorištu, na ležaljkama pored bazena, roštiljati... Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i prijatni.
