Our description

Matsani Rooms is an accommodation that offers one classically decorated, spacious rooms for three couples looking for a villa with a beautiful sea view and a spacious yard. Another advantage of this accommodation is a private parking.

Accommodation is located 250m from the Golden Beach and 450m from the nearest supermarket. The villa is located on a hill, so the guests can enjoy in the beautiful sea view and the view of the bay.

The villa offers three rooms. These units are entered from the ground floor, and two terraces are above the level of the yard because the accommodation is located on a slope. Two rooms have two single beds, while the third has a double bed. Each room has a bathroom with a shower and a small fridge. There are also air conditioners in the two rooms at the front of the house. In the common area there is a shared kitchen with hot plates and another small refrigerator. One terrace has a direct sea view, one has a side sea view, while the third is located at the back of the house and it has a sitting area in the yard. The owners live upstairs. Accommodation does not have internet nor TV.

Cealning and the change of towels and bed linen are being done every three days.

The yard is spacious and here outdoor kitchen is located which is also available to the guests of the apartment, as well as barbecue and table with chairs.

Private parking is provided.

Coming from the direction of Skala Potamia, when you drive towards the beginning of Golden Beach, turn left and climb uphill when you reach the crossroad where accommodation Ladikas Apartments is located at. The driveway is paved but steep.

If you are looking for affordable accommodation for more people with a sea view and in a quiet location Matsani Rooms is the ideal choice for you.

If you want to enjoy your holidays in a quiet and green environment, please visit the magnificent Golden Beach.

We have three spacious traditional rooms in three acres overlooking the sea and the mountain. The rooms have shared kitchen inside and outside and a large terrace under the shade of pine trees. Just 100 meters from the sea. Nearby there are supermarket, restaurants, cafeterias…

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
