Our description
Sotiria Rooms is located near the port, on the way to Palatakia and the magnificent Metalia Beach. Accommodation is close to pedestrian zone, supermarket, taverns, cafes and post office. It is a modest and affordable accommodation.
It is 50m away from the center of Limenaria and 100m from the nearest city beach. Metalia beach is located 350m away. Potos is 2km away and port Limenas around 40km away.
The accommodation was built in 1976. There are six rooms, three have two single beds, one has a double bed and the other two have a smaller size double and a single bed. Each room has a fridge and a bathroom and internet is accessible in whole house. Triple rooms have a shared balcony and a view to the back of the house. The smallest double room (12m2) has no A/C, but only a fan and a mini bar. All the other double (15m2) and triple (18m2) rooms are air conditioned.
The rooms are on the first floor where is also a small shared kitchen (one for all the rooms) for making a tea and coffee. It’s not intended for cooking.
The owners are gentle and good people, they speak Greek, English and a little bit of German.
Linen is being changed every 4-5 days.
Private parking is not provided but you can park either by the road or in a large public parking lot which is 50m away.
When you go uphill from the port, you will come across this accommodation which is first from the right side. Downstairs is a lighting shop held by the same owners.
If you are looking for afordable accommodation and you are not looking for luxury, Sotiria accommodation can be a good choice.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
