Our description
Sumadinac Studios is located in the center of Limenaria and it offers two studios with sea view. The accommodation is nicely decorated and it is close to the beach, taverns and shops. The owner speaks Serbian.
The object is located in the second row from the sea, about 20m from the beach. The closest shop is about 100m away, while the center is 400m away.
The accommodation was renovated in 2014. There are two double studios in offer, P3 on the second and P5 on the third floor. The studio on the second floor has two single beds, while the bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studio on the third floor has a double bed and shower. There is no possibility of inserting an extra bed or baby cot. Both accommodation units have about 20m2. Both studios have two terraces, one small overlooking the sea and one larger with a table and chairs, overlooking the street. The kitchen is located inside the room and has a stove and a small fridge. The studios have WiFi internet, air conditioning, TV and mosquito nets.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are done halfway through the stay.
Parking is available for guests in the nearby streets or in the parking lot next to the villa with extra charge.
Sumadinac Studios is located in Limenaria. When coming from the direction of Yield, at the entrance to Limenaria, just after rent-a-bike Zagos, you turn to the first street on the right, then the first left and you will come to this object on the right side of the road, just before the large parking lot.
Villa is a good choice for all of you who want a nice accommodation in the center and close to the beach.

Owners description
Studios are located on the second and third floor of the house Vaso Studios, opposite of the Elena Studios, not far from the entrance of Limenaria.
Nearby is a supermarket Prodos, in the street that descends to the right towards the sea.
Studios are renovated, decorated for the season 2015 and are equipped with a small kitchen, fridge, bathroom and they have two balconies. One big that is looking at the next house, and one very small that is looking at the sea.
Accommodation units provide room for two adults and possibly another small child who would have to sleep in bed with their parents.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
