Our description
Vintage Place Rooms is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the pedestrial zone with all the shops and taverns. It offers to the guests nicely decorated rooms and studio with sea view. There is enough parking space on the street in front of the villa.
Small city beach is about 150m away, while the pedestrial zone is 100m away from the villa and the big city beach is about 600m away from the villa.
Vintage Place Rooms was built in 1970 and renovated in 2016. There is one apartment on the first floor with three bedrooms (20m2). Each of them has its own bathroom and there is also a large kitchen with a big fridge, stove, toaster and a coffee machine. Two rooms have small balconies with sea view. One of them has a double bed and a fold out sofa for two people while the other one has a double bed and a fold out arm chair. Third room has a street view and a common balcony. It has a double bed an a fold out arm chair. The rooms with the arm chairs also have a fridge. Extra bed can not be added.
From the season 2018 the villa offers one more studio (30m2). It is located on the ground floor and it has a sea view. There are one double bed and a fold out sofa. In the kitchen there are a big fridge and hot plates. In the bathroom there is a showr cabin.
Cleaning is being done at the eond of the stay, while the towels and linen are being changed by the guests of the units. They will get celan sets that they can use.
On the street in front of the villa the guests can find parking space.
Coming from Prinos, continue towards Potos for about 350m more after the main crossroad in Limenaria and turn ringht before the church. Follow the road for 150m more and turn left. Soon you will se the villa from your right side.
Villa is a good shoice for all those who want an accommodation in the center, but still in the quiet area.

Owners description
House consists of quadruple rooms, two triple rooms and fully equipped shared kitchen with big fridge. All rooms have air conditioning, screens, cabinets, refrigerator, SAT TV, individual bathroom, hairdryer and free WiFi.
House is located opposite the Palataki, in a very quiet environment, surrounded by pine trees and just above the main promenade with all the shops. There is ample free car parking to avoid trouble with parking in the village center.
Also, apart from renting rooms, there's a possibility to rent the whole house for groups of friends and families.

Discount
For reservations in 3 Bedroom Apartment, for period from 07.05.2024 to 18.05.2024, for stays of 4 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovanje intereuju me slobodni termini za 10 nocenja od sredine jula meseca do 2 avgusta da bude poslednje nocenje. Potreban mi je apartam gde bi dvoje dece spavalo zajedno a supruga i ja sa bebom bi spavali u francuskom lezaju. Da li ima termina ikoja im je cena

Sve je bilo i više nego što smo očekivali.Za dve porodice sa decom je idealno.Svaka soba ima svoje kupatilo, sve je cisto i uredno.

I would like to start off by saying that we had a great time and that the apartment is lovely. The bed is big and super comfortable, the bathroom is new and clean, the fridge is spacious, the only slightly negative thing is that the stove is a bit slow and if the apartment had an oven that would be a 10/10 for me personally! The balcony is beautiful and the view is even better. But my favorite thing was the kindness of the owner and her parents. The owner, Christina, was very kind, polite and helpful, even when I accidentally broke a mosquito net she was really understanding and we fixed the problem 😁. Her kind parents would bring us fresh tomatoes from their garden which were delicious, and they were over all really pleasant people. The location is pretty good, the only downside is that it's on a hill so after a big dinner it's a bit of a struggle going back but at the same time you get a workout. 😁 It's also really clean, you get new clean towels and bedding during your stay, small advice is that a mop in the bathroom could be a good addition. If I ever come back to Thassos I would book this apartment again and I would recommend it to everyone.

Jako smo zadovoljni smeštajem. Naročito što je svaka soba imala svoje kupatilo. Pogled sa terase je divan. Sve u apartmanu je maksimalno funkcionalno (osim možda šporeta i seta za kuvanje, mada nismo nešto specijalno kuvali, ali isprži se nešto za doručak). Čisto, uredno, kontakt sa vlasnicom više nego korektan. Sve preporuke!

Da li imate slobodan termin 6.avgust - 16.avgust za 3 bed studio i da li 3 bed studio ima kuhinju?
