Our description

Anastazia Villa is located in the center of Limenaria, at the beginning of a large city beach and it offers to the guests one big apartment and four modernly decorated studios which are a good choice for all those who want to spend their vacation in Limenaria, visiting some of the most popular beaches of Thassos located near by.

Accommodation is located on the big city beach in Limenaria and is about 30m away from the nearest shop. It is located at the beginning of the promenade that leads to the center of the town and all the taverns, cafes and souvenir shops.

Accommodation has four studios in its offer.

Studios are located on the ground floor and face the yard. One double and one triple studio are facing the sea, but they cannot see it, while the other two double studios are located at the back of the house. Units are modernly decorated and the guests of each studio have their own seating area in front of the entrance door. Double studios have one double bed, while triple studios have one sofa in addition to the double bed.

All units have kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning, hairdryer, TV and mosquito nets. Kitchens are equipped and have hot plates, kettle and a small refrigerator.

Cleaning and the change of towels are being done every four days, while bed linen is changed every five days.

There is a barbecue in the yard of the building where the studios are located.

Parking is provided for all the guests of this accommodation.

Coming from Prinos, turn right immediately after the Hotel Triada located in Limenaria. The road will turn left when you get to the sea, and after about 20m you will see Villa Anastasia from your left.

Accommodation is a good choice for all those looking for apartment and studios in the center, close to the beach.

Owners description

Anastazia Villa is located 10 meters far from the beach and 300 meters far from the village center. The villa has a yard with a barbecue. Apartment consists of 3 double rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is for 4-6 persons (2 bedrooms with two beds and a balcony with direct sea view + room with two beds suitable for children + spacious kitchen). WC with shower, TV and air conditioning are free of charge. Also two double studios are available for online booking. The apartment has 3 bedrooms but the third bedroom is locked if the guests book the unit for 4 people.

City beach (gravel and sand) is in front of the object, with free parasols and deck chairs with consumption of coffee, soft drinks, beer, etc. A pleasant walk along the beach can lead to other beautiful beaches, Metalia, Stelakis and Trypiti beach.

There are different variants of meals that can be purchased at 20 meters away at the Agali hotel. Breakfast is continental, dinner is by choice, either a la carte or from the menu. Our guests can also use the swimming pool at the Agali hotel.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
