Our description
Metaxas Studios is the accommodation in a quiet part of Limenaria. It is a true oasis of peace and a great choice for families with children. Accommodation is affordable with spacious studios very well equipped.
The closest store is at about 100m, while the center of Limenaria and the city beach is about 1km away.
There are five studios on the high ground floor. and they can accommodate up to 4 people. All are equally equipped, they have air conditioning, internet, TV, terrace, kitchen and a fridge. Two studios overlook the backyard, two to the parking lot and one to the adjacent yard. Three studios have one double, a single and an auxiliary bed, while the other two have three single beds and an auxiliary bed. The bathroom in each studio is the same and has only a fenced shower without a curtain.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every third day.
At the entrance to the yard, there's a parking lot for five vehicles. The yard is located on the back of the house, with a barbecue area and various toys for children. The sitting area is covered, so the shade is guaranteed.
Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, turn left at the intersection in Limenaria. Continue to the right for about 900m towards the Shell gas station, turn left and 50 meters later you'll see Metaxas Studios on the right-hand side.
If you wish to be away from crowd and traffic and you don't mind using your car for going to the beach, Metaxas Studios can be good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate dve slobodne jedinice od 07.07. do 20.07.2024. Jedna za četvoročlanu porodicu (2 dece - 12 godina) i jedna za bračni par. Da li su cene na sajtu odgovarajuće ? Ako nisu, molim Vas za cenu ? Pozdrav Marijana

Vlasnica, nemam reci. Kandidovao bih je za najneljubaznijeg ugostitelja. Odmah pri ulasku je upitala za novac, ni kalimera ni kalispera, odmah PARE. Studio jeste, kao sto pise u opisu prostran i nalazi se van grada, zaista je mirno, sto u potpunosti nekome odgovara. Cistocom i odrzavanjem samog studia vlasnik mora vrlo ozbiljno da se pozabavi jer je apsolutno u ocajnom stanju.

Jako prljavi studiji, prašina na sve strane, kupatilo takođe prljavo, nedovoljno escajga, u studiju nema kante za smeće. Očišćeno je jednom za 6 dana, u stvari, samo je posteljina zamenjena a smeće iz kupatila nije izbačeno i podovi nisu obrisani. Dosta udaljeno od grada i plaže, ali to smo i očekivali. Pritom, uopšte nije jeftino, a ovoliku količinu prljavštine nigde nisam videla.

Metaxas studios e odaleceno 1 km od centarot pa ako planirate peski vi treba vreme, nie bevme krajot na Avgust i vnatre bese premnogu toplo, dodeka klimata ja isklucuvaa ako te nema i koga se vrates vnatre e pekol. Vo kujnata imase po 2 raboti od se, no ako planirate da gotvete nema relna, nema noz, nema korpa za gubre.Krevetot bese neudoben (kako kamen), edinstveno dobro bese sto bese cisto.

Smestaj je dobar. Lokacija malo udaljena od centralnog setalista. Jedina mana je sto zbog ne postojanja krova plafon se zagreje i duze vremena treba da se uz pomoc klime studio rashladi.

Poštovani čitaoci, Posle 12 godina letovanja u Grčkoj, nebrojeno smeštaja tipa Metaxas studios, ovo je ubedljivo najgori smeštaj za plaćeno-dobijeno. Prvo, gospođa vlasnica objekta, svakodnevno gasi klima uređaje na svoju ruku, odmah čim napustimo smeštaj i uputimo se na plažu. Objekat nema iznad ploče-plafona nikakvu izolaciju, zaštitu, pakao je blaga reč koliko je vrućina unutra, "kupatilo" je sauna, bukvalno. U smeštaju nema escajga, nema džogera za ribanje, nema fena za kosu, stavili su jedan mali plastični sto na terasi sa dve hoklice, a studio je za četiri osobe, tako je ponuđeno u opisu. Peškiri, samo dva velika za tuširanje, ostalo su krpice... Loša reklama za Nikanu, odgovorno tvrdim da je smeštaj nikakav za tu vrednost koliko košta, trudim se da budem objektivan da bih preneo drugima da ne naprave pogrešan izbor i dođu ovde za svoj novac, nije vredno ama baš uopšte...platiš, onda neko dođe i isključuje klima uređaje u inkubatoru od smeštaja, kao da si pod sijalicom koliko je vrelo...na plaži bez suncobrana je prijatnije.
