Our description

Homelia Villa is new and modernly decorated. Situated in a quiet part of Limenaria, it offers comfortable apartments and studios with a garden and mountain view. There is also a barbecue in the spacious green yard.

The city beach is just over 250m away, as is the nearest shop, while the center is about 650m away.

The accommodation started operating in 2017 and it’s modernly decorated. All four accommodation units are on the first floor, one apartment and three studios. Apartment and studios overlooking the yard can accommodate up to four people. They have one double and a sofa bed for two (the apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room). The other two studios overlooking the mountain can accommodate up to three people, each with one double and a single bed.

Each unit has a spacious terrace, air conditioning, TV, internet, kitchen, fridge and bathroom with shower cabin.

Cleaning is performed every day, while the towels and bed linen is replaced after three days.

Guests can use a barbecue, sitting area and a mini bar in the yard.

Parking is available in front of the house.

Villa Homelia is located in a quiet part of Limenaria, near the center. Arriving from the direction of Skala Prinos, at the beginning of Limenaria, follow the signpost for the Discovery Hotel on the left-hand side, turn left and follow the path leading to the right. A 100m later, you will see the villa on your right-hand side.

Homelia Villa is a good base for touring the island, and it has everything necessary for a quiet holiday.

Homelia Villa is located in Limenaria and it offers one apartment and three studios. It was built in March 2017 and consists of rooms that meet the needs of tourists for an unforgettable stay on the south side of Thassos island. The neighbourhood offers tranquillity and security with the dominant green elements for moments of carefree relaxation. It has a garden and BBQ facilities. House is two minutes away from Limenaria beach and at 500m from the center.

Superior apartment (40m2) is suitable for a family with two children. It’s quadruple with the possibility to add an extra (camp) bed. There’s one double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there’s a double sofa bed. Sunny terrace (18m2) has the outdoor furniture.

Quadruple studio (30m)has one double and a double sofa bed suitable for two children. The terrace (9m2) has the outdoor furniture.

Triple studios with mountain view (24m2) Romantic and Harmony have one double and a single sofa bed for two adults and a child or three adults. The terrace (18m2) has the outdoor furniture.

All four accommodation units have A/C, flat screen smart TV, free WiFi internet, equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, a sea view and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Cleaning is performed every day.
