Our description

Giannikis Studios is nice and renovated accommodation in the entrance of Limenaria. Considering that the house is exactly on the beach, you can reach the center of Limenaria by walking by the sea. Direct sea view from large balconies, quiet neighborhood, arranged yard, accessibility from the main road, yet isolation from noise, parking, beautiful studios with new furniture, Internet access etc. are the benefits that are hard to resist.

Beach in front of the villa is very clean. The owners of studios have set up concrete paths in several places in the water, in order to bypass the stones in the shallows. The beach is 2km long and it is never crowded. It extends from Limenaria and almost to the Tripiti beach.

Giannikis (pronounced Yanikis) is located a kilometer and a half from the center of Limenaria. The beach is exactly in front of the house.

The whole building was renovated in 2011, the studios have renovated furniture, a bar was added in the courtyard and along the beach, beach front is in order, umbrellas and chairs were set up, sound system, volleyball net, concrete lane in the water for easier access.

Giannikis offers three double, three triple studios and two apartments (located on the ground floor or first floor). The apartments have a double, a single bed and a sofa divided in two separate rooms. Double studios have a double or two single beds. All triple studios have a combination of one double and one single bed.

All studios and apartments have a frontal view of the sea and a spacious balcony with table and chairs, for a true pleasure. They have between 20-35m2.

All accommodation units are well equipped, with kitchen, bathroom (some have shower cabin and hair dryer), air conditioning, TV. There is an extra charge for using the safe. There is also wireless Internet, free of charge.

Celaning is done everyday and te linen and towels are being changed every three days.

The yard is as beautiful as has always been - highly decorated, with lots of palm trees, olive trees, flowers and grassy playground for children with swings and seesaws. The backyard is with a built barbecue, and a parking lot is behind the house.

Deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach are free for guests of studios, just as volleyball on the sand is. Prices are affordable at the bar, and the music they play over the sound system on the beach is not too loud and is very comfortable (foreign rock and pop hits).

The overall impression is that after the renovation, installing the beach bar, this is a very attractive facility.

When you arrive by the main road from Skala Maries, you’ll notice a right turn, towards the sea, to the studios (there is a table beside the road), right across from the rise to the Iris Gold and about thirty feet before the Aegean gas station, which is on the left side of road.

If you want to be isolated from the city crowds and traffic, and still to be able to reach the town in only two minutes drive or 15-minute on foot, then Giannikis is perhaps a good choice for you.

We offer 14 fully equipped rooms at Giannikis Studios. Whichever of these you choose, you will be able to admire and enjoy the spacious light nature of our accommodation. All of these can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. Baby cot for infants up can be placed in all room upon request. We also provide Large, light rooms including on-suite bathroom. Enjoy Aegean light, with large balconies and seating. Uninterrupted views of the sea. Turn your stay into your dream holiday. Also there is a bar in the garden serving drinks all day. There is also a playground where children can play safely and carefree all day. An organized pool is located in the garden. The management and staff are very friendly and willing to help with all you need.

The room amenities include a bathroom with shower, make-up mirror, fridge, kitchen, individual air-conditioning and benefit from two separate rooms there is the bedroom with a double bed and one single bed and there is the other room with sofa which are suitable for both children and adults, Having a furnished balcony or terrace and each room has a kitchen. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the furnished balcony gives you a peaceful place to enjoy your meals with sea view and the mountains Athos.

Next to the beach, the renovated traditional Greek restaurant serves a la cart fresh and delicious homemade appetizers, fish, meat, salads, desserts and fruits. The local and fresh products, divine flavors, the fine quality and excellent local wines, the friendly service, create a unique gastronomic experience not to be missed. Also you can relax by the sea, sunbathe or choose the company of friends and enjoy a cool drink or juice, coffee, a cold beer or a snack, all day long. In the evenings, enjoy the music with refreshing cocktails under the staring Greek sky.
