Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for LimenariaVoulis Studios is located at the begining of Limenaria. It is a house on a hill and from most of the balconies there is sea view (depending on the position of the room, balcony has direct sea view or partial sea view). It is just a 2-minute drive from all Limenaria amenities.
The city beach is 200m away. The villa is located 400m from the nearest store and about 1km from the center of Limenaria where are cafes, tavernas, shops and promenade.
This accommodation offers one maisonette, two apartments and ten studios, one of them, studio #7, will only be used as needed. Every year they invest in the villa.
The maisonette (#12) is on the second floor and has a large terrace overlooking the sea. It comes out of the living room, which is on the lower floor and has one sofa bed and a kitchen with a small fridge and stove. Upstairs (loft) is one bedroom with two single beds which is separated by a sliding door. There are also two single beds in the hallway. Bathroom is separated by a sliding door, and it has a shower. Since these rooms are located in the attic, the roof in bedroom and bathroom is slanted. The beds are wooden. The maisonnette can accommodate four people.
The apartments are located on the second floor. Apartment #14 has sea view. The living room has one double bed, an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has two single beds. Apartment #15 overlooks the mountain, the street and partly the sea. The living room has two single beds and an equipped kitchen with a stove and a small fridge. The bedroom has one double bed and a bathroom with shower. The beds in these two units are wooden.
There are three studios on the ground floor and only they have mosquito nets. Studio #7 has one double bed, studio #8 has one double and one single bed, and studio #9 has one double and two single beds. All three units have a fully equipped kitchen with a small fridge and stove, as well as a smaller bathroom with shower and curtain. They are more modern and are sheltered from the sun by the trees in front of the villa.
There are six studios on the first floor.
Studio #1 has one double bed and partially overlooks the sea because the view is obscured by the trees in front of the house.
Studio #2 has one double and one single bed. It is modern decorated. The sea view is obscured by the trees in front of the house.
Studio #3 has one double, one single bed and a renovated bathroom. It is modern and has a partial view to the sea and the street.
Studio #4 has two single beds and sea view.
Studio #5 has three single wooden beds and sea view.
Studio #6 has one double bed, one single bed and a partial sea view. The bathroom is smaller but renovated.
The kitchens in the first floor studios are equipped and each has a hob and a small fridge. Bathrooms have shower with curtains.
The last two studios are on the second floor (#10 and #11) and have sea view. Studio #10 has one double bed while #11 has one double and one single bed. The bathrooms are smaller with shower and curtains, and the kitchens are equipped with a stove and a small fridge. Due to the smaller surface, the extra bed that is inserted in #10 is smaller than the standard.
Only ground floor studios have mosquito nets.
Cleaning is done every other day. The frequency of changing towels and linen depends on the length of stay. Usually every 3-5 days.
There is parking space in the yard around the property.
Coming from the direction of Prinos you will see a signboard for this accommodation on the right side of the road 900m after the Iris Gold factory.

Owners description
Voulis rooms and studios for rent, are located in the south part of Thassos, at Limenaria. It's at a 2-minute drive from the center of the village, and 200m from the sea.
The building is built on a hill, thus it has an amazing view of the village, the sea and the Mount Athos. There are five double, three triple studios and two double-room apartments for up to 4-5 persons.
Each room at Voulis Studio has an electric kitchenette, refrigerator, private bathroom, air condition, and a large balcony, where you can gaze the wonderful blue Aegean Sea. Furthermore, there is a large area where you can park your car.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Komfor nije veliki, čistoća bi mogla da bude bolje ali u odnosu na cenu ovo je zaista odlična opcija. Lokacja je odlična, u predgrađu Limenarije, ulica je jako tiha, čuju se u daljini vozila sa glavne ulice ali je to zapravo zanemarljivo, Postoje apartmani koji imaju pogled na more. Mi smo imali apartman koji gleda na more ali je ispred veliki bor što je zapravo bila prednost jer pravi prirodnu hladovinu. Vlasnica je izuzetno ljubazna, profesionalna i predusretljiva. Ono što je možda i najvažnije- slike na Nikani kao i dodatne informacije i opis koji smo dobili je potpuno u skladu sa onim što smo zatekli u stvarnosti.

Jutros smo se vratili sa Tasosa. Smestaj je odlican, cisto, uredno. Bili smo smesteni u cetvorokrevetnom studiju u prozemlju. Ispred je malo igraliste sto je nama puno znacilo zbog deteta. Hladovina je, klimu skoro da i nismo palili. Plaza je blizu, mada smo mi vise obilazili plaze nego sto smo se kupali na lokalnoj. Odlican odnos cene i kvaliteta. Vlasnisa Sotirija je jako fina i ljubazna.

Postovani, Zelim da prenesem pozitivne utiske sa letovanja u Limenariji u Studiju Voulis. Zadovoljni smo smestajem, sve u svemu bilo nam je lepo iskustvo. Vlasnica Sotiria je vrlo ljubazna, studio je redovno ciscen, peskiri i posteljina takodje su menjani. Studio je bio taman za nas dvoje, vrlo lepo namesten i uredan. Blizu je gradska plaza, a i okolna mesta. Fina i rekreativna setnja do centra i glavnih ulica gde je prometno. Svakako preporucujemo za letovanje.

Za one koji zele da budu smesteni na jugu ili zapadu, ovo je dobar izbor. Na obodu grada Limenarije do koje se stize peske za 10min, a nedaleko od Potosa (u kome je velika guzva). Smestaj je jako cist sa prostranim terasama i fantasticnim kupatilom, postoji i parking. Vlasnici su jako ljubazni i uvek na usluzi. Odlican, a pristupacan smestaj.
