Neorion Apartments is a newly built accommodation in the heart of Limenaria. If you are looking for a new accommodation with a good location, close to the beach, taverns, pedestrian zone, shops and entertainment this villa could be a good choice for you.
Villa is 100m away from a small town beach, while the first taverns and shops are a bit closer (80m).
Built in 2011 and renovated in 2016, this accommodation has five studios, one duplex apartment and two maisonettes.
On the ground floor there are two maisonettes (about 58m2) with a porch and sitting furniture. On the lower level are the kitchen, bathroom, sofa bed for two persons in the living room and one double or two single beds in a separate room seoarated by curtain. There is another double bed on the gallery.
On the first floor there are three studios. One is quadruple (about 26m2) with one double bed and a sofa bed for two people, while the other two are triple (about 24m2) with one double and a single bed.
On the last, the second floor, there are two studios and duplex apartment with a partly sea view. One studio is double (approximately 21m2) with a double bed, while the other (about 28m2) has one double bed and a sofa bed for two. Duplex apartment (37m2) has one double and a single bed in the bedrooms (one bed in each room) and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
All accommodation units have equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, wireless internet and bathroom. The view from most of the balconies is not spectacular because the building is surrounded with other houses, but despite that some units have sea view.
Cleaning is done daily, while replacement of towels and bed linen is performed after three days.
Public parking is located in the harbor, about 50m away from the villa.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the central crossroads and then drive to left by the sea towards the port and restaurant Limani (located at the corner). You can park your car in the harbor and Neorion Apartments is located behind the tavern.
If you’re looking for new and quality accommodation on a very attractive location, a minute from the beach, restaurants, promenade, supermarkets and entertainment, Neorion Apartments is a great choice. It’s convenient if you are looking for static vacation without too much driving around the island. On the other hand, it’s also excellent as a base for sightseing as it is within 10km of some of the most popular beaches on the island, such as Psili Ammos, Tripiti, San Antonio and Notos, while Potos is only 5km away.

The Neorion luxurious apartments are located at the centre of Limenaria village, one of the most beautiful villages of Thassos. Just in front of Neorion lies Limenaria beach, a beautiful beach which is surrounded by the picturesque tranditional taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars and tourist shops. Along the seafront there is free parking. At just 100 meters walking in a majestic pine forest looms Palataki, a reference point of Limenaria village for its architectural style and cultural tradition. Continuing your journey and just 250 meters from Neorion emerges the unique beach of Metalleia, where the 19th century iron mining and transporting took place.
The Neorion offers a total of eight (8) luxurious apartments and most of them overlook the sea and the majestic Palataki of Limenaria: Four (4) one-room apartments (20m2) with one double bed bedroom (optionally, an additional third bed is offered); One (1) two-room apartment (25m2) with 4 beds, one bedroom and a dining room; Three (3) three-room apartments (1x35m2, 2x55m2) with 6 beds, two bedrooms and a dining room.

Prices and room types
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% of total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid first day upon arrival. If a guest arrives after the arrival date of the reservation or if he leaves before the departure date of the reservation, property owner keeps the right to charge the total price of the reservation. If cancelled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, deposit will be refunded, less administrative fee which in most cases is 35€ but could be more (depending on bank). If cancelled later, or in case of no-show, deposit will not be refunded.*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
