Our description
Katerina’s House is located in the center of Limenaria, close to the town beach. It offers a spacious apartment with four bedrooms. It can accommodate up to eight people. From one balcony there is a beautiful view of the sea, port and Palatakia.
Villa is located in the center of Limenaria. The first market is next to accommodation and bakery and souvenir shops are at the distance of 200m. Big town beach is 350m away.
There is one apartment in the offer and it is located on the second floor. It consists of four bedrooms each with two single beds and it can accommodate upt to eight people. Two rooms are in the front and two in the back. Two rooms in front have a sea view and a little bit bigger shared balcony, while the two rooms from the back side are looking at the surrounding buildings and they also have a smaller shared balcony. Two rooms in front have a TV and air-condition, while the rooms from the back side have no air-condition because they are not on the sunny side.
The accommodation also has internet and a kitchen which is in the separate room in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped and it has a large refrigerator, hot plates and a table with chairs. In the bathroom there is a shower with curtains.
Change of linen and towels is being done every three days. The guests clean the apartment by themselves.
The accommodation doesn’t have parking but the guests can leave their vegicles on the street of in the public parking in the port.
Coming from Prinos turn right on the main crossroad in Limenaria. Go down hill until the police station and then continue driving along the coast until the port. The apartment is located above the small tavern, right next to the supermarket.
The apartment is a good choice for bigger companies who are looking for affordable accommodation in the center of the town.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
