Valeria’s Apartments accommodation is located on the outskirts of Limenas. This villa is a true paradise for families with children. The apartments are of decent size, the yard is spacious, there are barbecues on both ends, there is a mini playground for children, there are plenty of lawns, greenery, and flowers, swimming pool, parking is huge, and everything is located in a quiet area, without traffic and noise from adjacent buildings.
The accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac that turns off the Thassos-Prinos road, before turning to the villages of Panagia and Potamia.
The villa is about a kilometer away from the city center, a kilometer and a half from the city beach.
The highway is just 120 meters away, so you won’t wander through the narrow streets and crowds when you go around the island or some of the beautiful beaches in the area.
There are six classic apartments (38m2-40m2) for a maximum of four people located in a multi-storey building.
Three apartments are located on the first floor, and three apartments are on the ground floor (several steps below the courtyard level) and they are ideal for families with young children because they directly exit the courtyard. All bedrooms have one double bed and there are two single beds in the living room, except for one with a large sofa bed in the living room where two adults can comfortably sleep. The apartments are air-conditioned, have a large TV, hairdryer, stove, fridge, small home appliances, wireless internet and mosquito nets, and the furniture is beautiful and new.
Cleaning of the apartment, as well as the replacement of towels and linen, are provided and are carried out every three days. If it is necessary to replace the towels early, it is possible.
Owners can provide baby cots as needed.
The yard is spacious and nicely decorated and has plenty of greenery. There is a swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols, a lawn with toys with children, tables and chairs for enjoyment and barbecue.
Private parking is earthy and located on the ground floor.
After leaving the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive by the sea about 300 meters along the main road. When you reach the part where the shortcut leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, continue along the main road and turn left. About 150 meters later you will come to the first big intersection (with Dimitriadu Street), then continue straight for another 350 meters until the next big intersection with the Thassos - Prinos road. Turn left, then after 800 meters turn left again (sixth street to the left). Within 120 meters of the turn you will see a large earthen parking lot, and to the right of it is Valeria’s Apartments.
If you want decent accommodation in Limenas but not in a busy place, but just outside the city, Valeria’s Apartments is a very good choice. I recommend the villa as a good base for touring the islands and beaches, with the car being a must, since the villa is a little further from the center and the beach. The villa is about fifteen minutes walk from the promenades, shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
