Our description

Aelia villa is a newly built accommodation in Limenas, 50m from Vurnelis Beach (Agios Vasilios), in a very quiet place, isolated from crowds, noise and traffic. The yard is nicely landscaped and the owners are friendly. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the location.

The villa is about 1.5km from the city center, 50m from Vournelis beach, 8km from Pachis beach, 2.9km from Papalimani beach and 2.5km from La Scala.

This property consists of 7 comfort studios, 8 elegant apartments and 8 premium studios.

- comfort studios (26-28m2) are located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. They have one double bed and a sofa. The bathroom has a cabin shower.

- elegant apartments (36-42m2) are located on two floors: four apartments are located on the first and four on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room a folding sofa bed that is suitable for two children. The apartments have two air conditioners and two TV. Bathrooms have a bathtub.

- premium studios (22m2) are also located on two floors: four studios on the first floor and four on the second floor. They are suitable for two people. They are equipped with two single beds and they can be connected and extra mattress can be added on them if one wants a double bed. The bathroom has a cabin shower.

All accommodation units have a kitchen, but we should note that frying is not allowed, but the kitchen is intended for preparing light meals. It is equipped with two small hot plates, a small refrigerator, espresso machine, kettle and so on.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have TV, balcony, mosquito nets, safe and hairdryer. In comfort and elegant accommodation unit you can add a baby cot, while the premium accommodation unit does not have enough space.

For the youngest guests there is a space with toys.

Private parking is provided for 11 cars and there is enough parking space nearby.

When you leave the ferry, follow the sign to Limenaria, or follow the road to the right. Just before exiting Limenas on the right side of the road you will see a sign and turn to the right for Aelia Villa. The beach nearby is sandy-gravel, with a gradual depth.

Aelia Villa can be a great choice if you want modern accommodation in a quiet location near the beach in the capital city.

The newly built Aelia Villa is located in the capital and the biggest port of Thassos Island, Limenas, and welcomes you just 30m away from a picturesque, lacy, golden shore and the alluring crystal clear turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea. This luxurious resort is ideal for both couples and families. The colours of the cobalt sea, the silver green of the olive groves and the natural palette of the Thassian environment, played a major role to the hip yet sophisticated rustique decoration of the rooms. Both studios and apartments are equipped with a fully functional kitchenette and fridge, where you can prepare some light meal and then enjoy it at the private balcony. At just 30m from Aelia Villa, there’s an organized and several events (sailing or yoga lessons) take place throughout the summer. Just 80m away from your accommodation, you’ll find the nearest supermarket and a bus stop. Only a couple more meters away you’ll find yourself in front of the port and the cosmopolitan center of the island with all the small souvenir shops, the taverns, the cafés and the bars, where you’ll have the chance to blend in with the locals and experience firsthand the true meaning of Greek hospitality.
