Our description

 One of the most popular accommodations for Limenas

Mandeniotis Villa is located in the peaceful part of Limenas, not far from the city centre. It is a modest but decent and clean accommodation. All essential amenities are within walking distance.

The beach is 1km away, and city center is about 300m away.

This accommodation has five studios with air condition and one room, without a kitchen. There are three 3 bed studios, two 2 bed studios and one room without a kitchen for two persons. Every accommodation unit has single beds.

Studio no.1 is for two persons and its size is a bit smaller. It has kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a garden view.**

Studio no. 2 is for three persons and it's a bit more spacious than the other units. It has kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a garden view. A four member family can be accommodated here, but with small children.

Studio no.3 is for three persons. It has bathroom and the kitchen is outside, on the balcony which is very spacious and it is similar to the size of the studio. The balcony is overlooking the backside of the yard. This 3 bed studio is smaller than the other one.

Room no. 4 is for two persons and it has two single beds. It has a bathroom also, kitchen and balcony with a backside view to another accommodation.

Studio no. 5 is for three persons. It is located on the side of the house and it has a three single beds. It has a kitchen and sitting area in front of the studio entrance and overlooks the house next to it.

The room without a kitchen consists of two single beds and does not have a balcony, but it is rented mainly to seasonal workers on the island.

Studios no. 1 and no. 2 have common balcony, separated by flowers but not entirely private. Studios no. 3 and no. 4 have private balconies.

It's forbidden fish frying.

Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done once or twice during your stay (it depends of the number of days you are staying).

The accommodation doesn't have private parking.

The center of Limenas is 5 minutes away, and the city beach 10 minutes. If you want to visit Vournelis, Tarsanas or Nisteri beach, you will ned 5 minutes by car. Big supermarket Masoutis is 500m away and around 50m away there is a fast food restaurant.

When you disembark from the ferry, drive to your right direction, next to the sea aproximately 300m. When you get to the narrower road which leads to Vournelis hotel and the beach, keep going and turn left. After 150m you will arrive at a crossroad (with Dimitriadou street). Make a turn left and after aproximately 250m you will see Fourkos hotel on your right side when you will turn right (follow the signs for Helios Garden) and drive straight and after 200m you will see Mandeniotis on your right side, a two-storey building with a big palm tree in the yard. The accommodation is not marked so we advise you to look at the pictures of the building for better recognition.

If you want modest accommodation in a peaceful surroundings but near the amenities that Limenas has to offer, Mandeniotis is a good choice.

Owners description

Mandeniotis villa is located in capital of Thassos - Limenas, and it is near to Mironi hotel and very close from Drakontis studios, on around 400m from center and 1km from beautiful beach and Aqua beach bar.

Accommodation consists of two 3 bed studios (3 single beds), 2 double studios and one 2 bed room without balcony and kitchen (with double bed). Accommodation is equipped basically where are price and quality in balance, but location of the accommodation is good because Limenas is perfect as a base for exploring the island and because is the place with the most facilities.

Accommodation units are equipped with TV and AC, while studios have kitchen with the elementary equipment and balcony (except in 2 bed room units). In the kitchen is forbidden to cook the fish. Parking is not available at the villa.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.
